As the topic says...anyone wanna play? I know I'd rather be a PC than run it, but it could be a great testing ground for things and ideas you want to bring to your home tables.

If anything having them on a somewhat "regular" schedule, and having people take turns could be cool. I'll toss my hat in the ring, and hope that time allows for it!

I'm down for it. I've got enough D&D on my plate that I don't want to become involved with another campaign. However, there's a few one-shot ideas I'd love to run, but not until I've had some experience with the interface, which I entirely lack at the moment. I'd prefer to be a player first, maybe catch some on-the-job tips for using roll20

That would be awesome. I would love to be a PC or DM if no one was available. I already have an entire roll 20 campaign setup for the 5e Starters Set. But would love love love to play in someone elses one-shot or world as I have already DM's the starters set twice. Would love to play in it to see how another DM runs it. This is a great idea.

Ha! I would love to give it a try. I would love to DM, but since I never played the game before that probably wouldn't be such a great idea. I'm moving so it might be hard to fit it in. We'll see!

This a great idea and I heartily encourage it! Much to my regret, it's pretty unlikely I will be able to attend on either side of the screen, just due to timing. Shout it out here if something is happening though, if it works, I'd love to participate. I've wanted to try out Roll 20 for quite a while now.

Oh snap! Continuous "campaign" with rotating DMs and Players, haha. Well this will undoubtedly be a logistical nightmare I'm sure, but I think we should definitely try to make it happen. Almarianknight has said he is interested DMing, but not confident about his sweet ninja skills. I'm down to DM along side him if he is cool with that, and everyone else is too. Building out a module isn't the world's easiest thing, so getting that done will be the biggest task to tackle. There is a free module that Almarianknight and I could retool into some 5E goodness. So yeah, those are my ideas! What say you all?

As I said, I'd be happy to DM as well, just want to get some hands-on experience with roll20 as a player, first. Once I'm comfortable with it, there's a bunch of stuff I'd love to experiment with on you guys.

I've got a couple of years of Roll20 under my belt and a Mentor-level subscription (Dynamic Lighting is RAD!!!) if you have any questions.

If you have Mentor-level sub I totally think you should DM, I have used roll20 a few times and I am kinda familiar with it. But having Mentor access gives you lots of nice toys to play with! Is there a way for to use your mentor account but allow someone else to have control from the DM perspective? And directly connected to that, how would alternating DMs work? would which switch each session or switch after a set story was done? Edit, it made the quote disappear...

Man I'd love to do this. Don't have much time, though.
Perhaps if Mainprize ran an aquatic one-shot I could convince my wife it was for work. :-D
FYI, there is a great FB group called the "Tabletop RPG One Shot Group" for those looking for more gaming opportunities.

I'm pretty excited that so many are potentially on board for this. I think the next thing would be to officially pick a DM, and let that person decide on the time frame, and then specific time that works best for them, and hopefully a time that a full group can make that time. WooT!

Perhaps if Mainprize ran an aquatic one-shot I could convince my wife it was for work. :-D Haha that would be sweet. I am willing to try it, but i'm pretty sure I am the least experienced DM here. Only been behind the screen since Oct 2014! So i'm a baby compared to all you guys! But if it gives you a solid reason for the wife! I am 100% onboard, or should I say OVERBOARD!!
