Here's the raw transcript, as well as the brief story and maps. Keep in mind, the story isn't much of anything special. Just a quick one-shot without much depth to get to the primary goal of the mass combat.

Scene-1 Map (Campfire lit just to show area. Gawyn was completely blind until Rory lit the torch.)
DMC (GM): It's about a 6 hour trek to outpost Dawnslight. You have an entourage of a supply wagon, and four horses. Deciding to play it safe, you camp for the night just an hour's walk to the outpost. Thinking it best to not approach with torchlight (which the human needs to see) in case of danger.
A silence falls upon your camp in the wee hours of the night. The kind of silence that's quite unsettling. Something's missing. The trees are rustling, and you can hear forest creatures, but the rhythmic sound of your horses seems to have dissapeared, and is more than enough to wake you.
The first thing you notice, is that your campfire is out.

Rory Stumpfinger: I'd like to check on the wagon.
DMC (GM): Seems untouched. Provisions and supplies are there.
Gawyn Tightens his hold of his halberd.
DMC (GM): As you walk over to the wagon, the dark stains of still-wet blood are all around the tree where the horses are tied.
Rory: "Uhhhh, guys!?"
Kiado: I think I would follow Rory
Lujan: What in the hells?
Gawyn: What is it? What do you see?
Rory: "B-b-blood!"
DMC (GM): You can hear Gawyn behind you, rustling around his bedroll.
And remember he can't see in the dark.
Kiado: Are their horses? Horse parts? Just blood?
DMC (GM): Just blood, and felled grass where it appears they were dragged off.
Rory: "What should we do, guys?"
Lujan: Lets get everyone up, we need to be ready to defend. This doesn't look good.
I can follow the trail it seems. I won't go far.
Rory: Be careful!
DMC (GM): ((Don't forget, you can use /em to describe actions))
DMC (GM) tests out the command.
DMC (GM): ((And then use regular typing for spoken word.))
Frohtastic: sec looking up the rules for fastening armor
Lujan starts looking around the ground, searching for a direction to track.
DMC (GM): Lujan finds the trail of gore easy to follow, heading east.
In the direction of Dawnslight Outpost.
Gawyn: Some light and some assistance in fastening my armour would be much obliged Rory.
Kiado: I am the Rogue, so I am just kind of taking the scout role here. Speak up if you think you would be better.
Rory: Uhhh, what do you need me to do? I don't know anything about armor!
DMC (GM): Gawyn, you hear footsteps approaching you
Lujan: afk one sec
Gawyn grabs hold of his halberd and turns around, making ready for unseen attacks.
Rory ducks under the halberd as Gawyn swings around.
DMC (GM): Rory, you see Gawyn spin towards you, his weapon in your general direction defensively.

Frohtastic: well I imagine gawyn having slight Paranoia considering how his previous squad got wiped
Rory: Watch it Gawyn! You nearly killed me!
Gawyn: Perhaps if you gave me light to watch with I wouldnt have to accidentally take the rest of the stump.
DMC (GM): The voice is coming from down low, around your waistline or smaller.
Rory: Now that's just uncalled for.
Lujan: Someone get that fire going or a torch.
Rory lights a torch while muttering to himself about stupid humans.
Rory: There!
Gawyn: Thank you, now what is the matter?,, Oh.
Gawyn Seeing the trace of blood, Gawyn starts donning his armour and prepares for combat.
DMC (GM): Every forest sound now is amplified, with your senses on high alert. A branch creaking, a critter scampering through brush.
Frohtastic: that was a weird emote.
DMC (GM): You know it's only about an hour's ride with the wagon to the Outpost. You can make it there in 30 minutes without the wagon to tow.
Starhelm: how vital are the supplies in the wagon? Like what kind of stuff is it?
Kiado: Sorry afk a minute or two... Ugh
DMC (GM): Foodstuffs, some healing potions, clothes,
Kiado: Might want to roll for me if needed DMC. I don't mind if needed.
DMC (GM): Will do
They're vital to the Outpost and Bulwark, hence the concern of their silence.
Frohtastic: what happened with lujan?
DMC (GM): He went AFK. He's at work.

Rory helps Gawyn with fastening his armor.
DMC (GM): If something that caused the violence in your camp, is headed to the outpost, they should be warned. If whatever caused is is from the outpost, needless to say, it bears investigating.
Rory: Gawyn, I think we should follow after Lujan, and see if he's okay. I don't like him being out there alone with whatever did this.
Gawyn: "Though I am loathe to leave sree here to fend for himself, Lujan has been gone a while "

DMC (GM): ((Don't know. Maxi hasn't been around. I say truck on.))
((I have a way to implement them later. They can be part of that first convoy. Giving you guys an even bigger incentive to find them since you know them.))
Gawyn: "It is peculiar that both him and griff are in such a heavy sleep, one would at least expect Sree to always keep aware of his senses."
Frohtastic: Oh, thought they were in the camp

DMC (GM): ((No, it's just the three of you right now. Let's go with they haven't been heard from in a week. But you know they went out in that first expedition))
Gawyn: then yes, let us follow Luj
Rory cautiously follows the path of carnage he knows Lujan went down.
Kiado: Ok, I would of went a short distance following the drag trails.
DMC (GM): You follow the path, the blood trail lessening someone as you surmise the unfortunate steeds lifeblood began to wane.
You see a structure in the distance, completely dark, and two dark forms before the front door.
Scene-2 Map
Lujan checks for footprints, wagon wheels, whatever would of moved the dead horses.
DMC (GM): The forms look like lumps of black coal at this distance.

Lujan waits for the rest to catch up.
DMC (GM): You can see him stopped, and he waves you over.
Kiado: If they are moving towards where we are going anyways.
DMC (GM): As you are nearer to the building, you can make out the forms of two dead horses in front of the Outpost.
Lujan: I can't tell what's taken the horses. It's too muddled here
Kiado: That was too the group as they approach. Passing on my lack of knowledge
Rory: Well, whatever took them it's too late for our poor horses.
Rory points at the dead horses.
Gawyn: " I see, perhaps a second pair of eyes would help. "

Rory tries to inspct the bodies beneath the horses
Lujan watches around the area while they inspect. Watching for danger.
DMC (GM): As you look them over, their scaly bodies and reptilian snouts are evident. These were two Kobolds.
Usually harmless enough by themselves, but in packs can be deadly, and often used for fodder.
Rory: Did these Kobolds drag our horses through the woods? That seems unlikely.

DMC (GM): The door before you to the Outpost is closed. No light comes from any windows inside that you can see.
Frohtastic: How tall is this?
DMC (GM): Single story.

Lujan: I don't think two Kobolds could move these horses. They must of had help or more. Why they are dead now is a better question.
Gawyn: "Rory, can you climb up there if I give you a lift?"
Lujan: Kobolds are easy prey for bigger fish.
Rory: Yeah, probably. I just don't wanna get killed by whatever got these kobolds.
Gawyn: Surely you are sneaky enough for this?
Lujan: Of course I am.
Lujan looks almost hurt.
Rory: I hope you were talking to Lujan, because if you were asking me that's just racist.
Kiado: Hey Maxi
Lujan: DMC is afk a minute. We are party conversing.
Gawyn: "then come Lujan, let us get you to the top, unless you are able to unlock this door?"

Maxi: Hey just wanted to drop in and say hello. Also I've been deathly sick last couple days. Think I ate some bad seafood

DMC (GM): Small waist-size pillars line the entryway. A crimson carpet seems almost black off in the distance.
DMC: (From Maxi): Sounds perfect

DMC (GM): The crossbow quarrel hits Lujan squarely in the inner thigh. Near enough to the femoral artery that the poison quickly buckled his knees, and you see him slump to unconsciousness before you.

DMC (GM): A pair of evil, red eyes glare at you from the end of the hall. In the drow's hand are a shortsword, and tiny crossbow.
Rory: DROW! GAWYN HELP
DMC (GM): Lujan, you come to, groggily.
Lujan shakes his head to clear whatever just hit hiim.
Starhelm: I think that's it for my turn.
DMC (GM): Dont forget to take 3 damage Lujan
