I apologize for being late. The forum app on my phone did not afford me the luxuries I had assumed. It's close-ish to 10pm my time though, so it's ok I promise!
Lets make some villains!
Build out a villain that could ail your party for a night, or an entire campaign based on their name and a few simple features.
Features: Physical Description (add in something distinctive to set them apart) Traumatic Incident (every good villain needs one) Character Likes Character Fears
Villains: Morden Kane Nicolas Diablos Siouxsie Sephiran
Hope to see some awesome entries, and maybe get to use them in my own game!

Nicolie Diablos: Long ago a group of adventures ventured into a shrine that was made for the lord of darkness himself. Nicky was a young rogue who enjoyed swindling local merchants, until her parents died and she joined the group of travelers. Olly was a paladin that grew up in a small village and was the one who brought the group together. Debra was a bard who entranced all with her music and dancing, she joined the group because of her brother Lostar. Lostar was a man of many talents and a Mage of fortune. Bankrupt and down on his luck he agreed to Olly's proposition to gain money for his pocket. These four adventurers swore an oath, they would be together and watch each other's backs through thick and thin. So they skulked into the lair of the lord of darkness to reap the spoils that were said to belong there. The four of them were gravely mistaken. The room about them began to spin uncontrollably. It was the lord of darkness watching the four of them. He looked long and hard at them, but found them each lacking a heart he could possess. As he raised his hand to strike them down their oath came to him. Evil and twisted as the lord of darkness is, he decided to honor their oath and fulfill it. One by one the adventurers were melded together into a grotesque horror. The adventuring party became an evil entity with the defense of a paladin, the beautiful lips of a bard, the swift and cunning of a rogue, and the ability to control magic. The creature looks like a mesh of human souls. He has several protruding arms, but with no symmetry. His face is truly horrible. His lips and teeth hold the beauty of the bard. His eyes are cold and untrustworthy as a rogue. His face is as gaunt as a magicians. His hair flows in all directions sometimes cutting short and sometimes growing down to his waist. And his heart is said to be a blackened void where the lord of darkness dwells. Nicolie, as he was soon to be called, hates everything. In his eyes alone is he perfect. A perfect mash of everything. Everybody seems, in his eyes, to be imperfect, following one field and living as one creature. The only thing he truly fears is the lord of darkness who whispers evil thoughts into his heart that he cannot escape. Nicky and Olly, Debra and Lostar. Together they are Nicolie Diablos.

I really like your play on the name almarianknight, and the story and imagery are amazing. I randomly pulled these names out from the ether of the interwebs, so I would be remiss if I didn't join in the fun. The name that sticks me is Morden Kane. I don't think that there are enough evil dwarf villains, so away we go!
Morden Kane: He was born into your typical dwarven smithing family, but he lacked everything that would make a "successful" dwarf. No matter how hard he worked he always seemed to remain skinny and frail. He was thrown away by everyone he had ever known, and moved away from the family that was anything but. He has jet black hair, and while his facial hair is long it is meticulously styled at all times. Morden has sought to attain as much knowledge as he can, and is willing to do anything to get that knowledge. He has dabbled in the arcane arts and even shown proficiency in the divine teachings as well. Morden had humble beginnings while learning, and gained followers along the way. He sees them all as an ends to a mean, but with the new found attention fears losing that more than anything else. Morden has focused heavily on both necromancy and enchantment to make sure that he will always have those "willing" to follow him.

*casts True Ressurect*
Name pending (Thinking something normalish) Lucas. Features: He has dark-brown hair thats cut short with a beard thats been kept respectably tidy and small, and though he has the build of a scholar he has a surprising amount of strength. His best feature is his intelligence and charisma, not to mention the hard-earned knowledge of when to act and when not to, how to seem like someone he is not. In spite of not being of high birth he has a impressive amount of knowledge coming from his time in the Academy working as a custodian, through reading books from the library and siphoning the knowledge like a sponge.
Traumatic Incident (every good villain needs one) He's the secret bastard son of a lord whose mother was killed on the lords command (though he does not know it was on the command of the lord) He later had an attempt on his life for then unknown reasons in which (hopefully) the PC assists him in getting away unscathed.
Character Likes: the "game", his loyal followers and a nice slice of apple pie with a side of honeyed ale. Character Fears: The safety of his followers who he sees as family.
Agenda: This character wants to ridd his town of all that corrupts it by controlling it, being the shadowed ruler of the city. On the way for this agenda He will assist the PC's in ridding himself of his enemies, though the PC's may not know of his true agenda. He does not have a thing against killing if neccesary, in fact those he sees as bad pieces he removes from the playing board, though he would rather control them instead of killing them.
Basically this is a villain I have planned for a single-player (+1dm ) campaign where the players assist the main "bad guy" without knowing it.

Ferdy 'Foot Lose' Garrat
Ferdy is a Halfling, only three feet tall, his human master teased him, but the jokes were always cruel.
One day Ferdy became brave, and he managed to run away, on that day he promised, his master he would slay.
Ferdy returned to his master, he came back with longer legs, partly made of metal, he ignored his masters begs.
Ferdy is a halfling, he now stands at 5 foot tall, he follows in his masters foot steps, but he is even more cruel.*
Physical Description: Ferdy is no ordinary Halfling, he stands at 5 foot due to his magically infused metal legs. He has shaved brown hair, Blue eyes and a crooked smile, there is a glint of something in his eye, unfortunately its malice. Traumatic Incident: Ferdy was sold into slavery at a young age, his Master was cruel and always made sure Ferdy was the butt of any joke that was to be had, even the other slaves picked on him because he was that much shorter than every one else. One evening Ferdy's master was feeling particularly mean, causing Ferdy to run attempt to run away, unfortunately Ferdy was caught and bought back to his master. As punishment for trying to run away Ferdy was forced to walk across broken glass, nails and red hot metal; by the end of it Ferdy couldn't walk his feet hurt so much. As one last cruel act Ferdy's master left him in the room furthest away from any exit, as he knew that it was agony for the halfling to walk anywhere, and gave him his freedom on the condition that he had to get there unaided. After a couple of weeks of agonizing crawling Ferdy eventually made it to the exit. A year later he returned with new magically infused metal legs, he killed his old master; it's said that he crushed his master's legs with his own and forced him to crawl around for weeks before finally putting him out of his misery. Ferdy is now the master of the slaves that we was once one of. Character Likes: Torturing his slaves, Making Foot/Feet puns. Character Dislikes: Other people making Foot/Feet puns, Character Fears: Broken Glass, Nails sticking out of the floor, and hot metal
* -I kinda started it but wasn't sure how to finish it well.
I'm going to get through all of these eventually

Features: Physical Description (add in something distinctive to set them apart) Traumatic Incident (every good villain needs one) Character Likes Character Fears Villains: Morden Kane Nicolas Diablos Siouxsie Sephiran At first glance Sansie Sephiran ( wasn't feeling the play on the name for my setting) looks like any other small town bar wench. It would however be a mistake to take the girl at face value. She is a plain looking young woman for the most part. Beautiful but plain. The difference is in her deep fiery golden eyes. The kind that seem to see into your very soul and call forth your deepest darkest passions. Her long black hair almost magic in the way it flows as she turns to look at you. There was a time when she was just a small town girl content to live out her days in this tiny town with her soon to husband Marcus. Fate would not be so kind. On the eve of her wedding her fiance was killed and she was taken to be a concubine to the tyrant king Justinian, don't let his name fool you. After years in his service and a multitude of prayers, she received a visit from Sharess, the Succubus of Sensation. Sharess granted her the power to overcome her master but she must serve her instead. Sansie agreed but Sharess bores easily of mortals, even the beautiful ones. Sharess turned her away but left her with the powers she had granted her. Sansie vowed to never call another master ever again. She now hungers to feed on the passion of others. At first she fed only on the wicked but her hunger was to strong. She fears loneliness and weakness. Moving from town to town drawing unsuspecting villagers and travelers into her den and where she reveals her true form. That of a succubus who's hunger never fades. Meh it was worth a try...

Calpurnia Cotter-Pin (General Draga)
Physical Description: Calpurnia Cotter-Pin is a tiny, green haired gnome. She moves with frantic energy, tinkering with one small device or another while she speaks. She conceals her mix-matched eyes between a pair of multi-lens goggles. As General Draga, she appears as a 7-foot tall humanoid mounted on a mechanical horse and completely hidden by a long, blue military greatcoat, gloves, boots, gas mask, and helm.
Traumatic Incident (every good villain needs one): Calpurnia grew up among a guild of tinkerers in the employment of the Jarakeen Company. While the rest of the guild labored on Jarakeen's humanitarian infrastructure projects, Calpurnia built her own workshop at the edge of the company town and slipped out into the desert to scavenge. There she found a double barrel shot-gun and the scraps of other lost technologies that allowed her to build her first automaton. At the annual Maker's Fair, Calpurnia proudly unveiled her new creation, but was met with horror and fear rather than admiration. The guild master offered her an ultimatum: destroy the heretic technology or be exiled to the Wasteland. Instead of complying, Calpurnia sent her automaton rampaging through the company town and fled to Hadaras. There she opened her own tinker shop and began crafting war machines for Comexco Company. Most folks know her as the eccentric proprietor of Cogs and Bolts. Only a handful of allies among Comexco Company know her identity as General Draga, the automaton bounty hunter.
Character Likes: gears, contraptions, scavenging, and piloting General Draga.
Character Fears: water (bad for the tech) and being stripped of the devices that give her power.

Name: Tira A young, pale, almost sickly looking girl at about the age of twelve, Tira lives is a dark, gloomy town deep in the coniferous rain forest (think seattle). She is a timid servant girl who serves a brash and often cruel noble, Lady Irthresh. She is tiny and insipid and is hardly allowed outside. But wait, there is something deeper... Tira is a vampire. Long ago, a greedy vampire noble accidentally created one too many spawn, meaning Tira was a free willed vampire at age twelve. She fled but later returned with some thralls and more mental maturity. She slew him and all his spawn and took over his castle. In order to avoid suspicion, she assujmed the role of a servant girl in public, alloweing her right hand thrall to pretend to be "Lady Irthresh," the brave noble who had taken over the castle and defeated the vampire scum. Tira is devious, cunning and merciless, luring peasants and adventurers in with her puppy eyes and then feasting on their blood. She has had an eternity to stew over her untimely undeath. Do you know how hard it is to live for thousands of years in the body of a pre-teen? She can never find love or have high social standing and she is furious about it. She is also paranoid. Adventurers snooping about? Better invite them for dinner as soon as possible. But make sure they aren't buried because she does NOT want to repeat the mistakes of her predecessor. She is a small girl with long, hazelnut hair and grey eyes, wearing a small, victorian style dress.

Personally I blame 'An Interview with a Vampire' for that.
