I thought I would share the transcript of my campaigns. The main one can be found here: hexdnd.forumotion.com/t17-chapter-one-a-contract-at-fareachBut if you navigate around the site there are other campaign transcripts as well as notes for my home brew world I'm in the process of developing, and the system I'm working on. On of my favourite parts about my party is that they take the notes! This makes it surprisingly readable and gives an interesting perspective. It shouldn't be hard to follow as we don't use visual aids at my table. Feel free to have a gander and talk to me about it.

I'm guessing a chapter is a gaming session in your journal, so that's over 30 gaming sessions, which is awesome. All the players seem involved in the game which is another sign you're doing a great job as DM.
Reading wise I would have made the text white so it is easier to read, and split the journal into 50 days at a time since reading the whole thing will take some time.
I like how you've left game mechanic numbers out of it and focused on the story, that makes it flow well.

Yeah a chapter corresponds to a game session. I would also agree with the readability of the text, the sight is currently using a stock skin, but I'm in the process of reformatting it so it will read a lot better in the future.
I definitely think the body of the text could be more split up. As the session are split up into thematically distinct segments (we've taken to calling them acts) the transcript should also similarly be spit up. I'll ask our record keeper to fix it up.
As mentioned above, I'm not actually the one who writes the records, that roll is fulfilled by one of my PCs (the wizard in fact). He likes to make the records as a somewhat in character affair (though the character is attempting to be objective). Which makes the records read more like a narrative then a game transcript.
