I don't have anything stat wise set yet but I'll give you a basic background idea long ago when mortals were still in there infancy the gods looked down at there creation and marveled at the beauty of some of the mortals they created and laid with them begetting children and they were numerous soon with these god like beings walking among them the mortals started to forget the gods and started worshiping they're children instead and with this worship they grew arrogant believing that the deserved the worship more than they're parents for they have done great deeds in order to protect mortals from the very gods who demand love from They're victims and they declared to the gods that if they did not withdraw they're influence from the realms of mortals they would make war with them this made the gods Furious but they didn't want to act hastily for they knew there children being of there blood had the power to bring harm to them so they held council and thought on what to do it was war who presented a answer for war unlike his peers was not guilty of sowing his seed among mortals and there for did not feel any love for these up starts he said to his fellow gods allow your children Dominion over the mortal plane for a thousand years at witch time I shall return with the means to punish your brats and he gathered his favored followers a race of desert elves who study the arts of war as a means spiritual growth and he came to them in mortal form and taught them martial techniques Forms only meant for making war on gods this is a monk based class center on melee weapon use This class is loosely based on archer from the anime fate/stay/night unlimited blade works

Not familiar with the anime reference, but if I understand it right, this is a class of Monks to fight Demi-Gods? I would set it up to where they can funnel strikes through their weapons that have special effects. Maybe they require a specific weapons, or a weapon made of specific material. If the class is only available to the "desert elf" race, then maybe it's something with their blood, or some form of their language, that enables the powers.
Fighting Gods or Demi-Gods would only be achievable at 18+ lvl I would think in standard rules, so "how do they progress to that point?" might be a question to ask about the class, or archetype of Monk as it were.

Your intro sounds more like a campaign setting than setup for a class. :-). That being said if you had to develop a style to fight a god/demi-god I'd be looking at something fluid and similar to judo rather than weapon based. You would have to figure you're going to be significantly out-classed regarding size/strength/power, and thus a form that uses the foe's speed/size/strength against them and to your advantage. Something focused on throws, tripping and teamwork rather than trying to become superior with a specific weapon type. From a game mechanics standpoint, these type of things also assist with putting the enemy prone or providing flanking, assuming your system uses such mechanics. Game balance always has to be considered, if you start tinkering with mechanics. Therefore you could work out something using flavor that accomplishes the vision of what you plan to rise from 1000 year desert training program. the SRD online for Paizo has their monk variants. it may provide some ideas as well. paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/advancedPlayersGuide/coreClasses/monk.html
