Edit: Regarding the final question (Cap vs Batman) you should check out the finale of the Marvel vs DC (which lead into the Amalgam thing back in the 90s). The final round was, indeed, Batman vs Cap. Yes! Amalgam was awesome... really strange, but in a good way (perhaps outside of Super Soldier). I had the complete collection for a while, don't know what happened to it.

Same here, though maybe only because it came out right in the middle of my "comic book phase" in high school. I can remember all of the bouts, and how the DC guys seemed to cheat each time they won. I suspect that's a bias but in my defense, Flash beats Quicksilver by sucker punching him (literally) when Quicksilver stops to save a trucker & boy from accident caused by their race. Aquaman "wins" by having a whale jump on top of Namor. As opposed to Spider-Man (then Ben Reilly) clocking Super Boy because he's just clearly a better guy.
And when it came to Amalgam itself, I mostly just remember that it all came down to a fella holding the universe together with duct tape. I'm pretty fine with that.

Is that the comic where this happens? I have no idea, but it could be. But, it certainly was where this happened (in case you are wondering it is a mesh of batman and wolverine... stuck together, Bruce Logan, its pretty out there. In the series, the characters all sort of smush together forming odd superheroes. If you think this is weird, you should see Lobo the Duck. Nope).

Then no it was not the one where superman picks up thors hammer. I have read that one. Not the one you are speaking of. I am interested though.

I find it funny that superman picks up one of his weaknesses, a magical weapon.

And here I was under the impression that empty plot devices couldn't lift Mjolnir... Yarr, the mashed up amalgam thing was pretty bizarre. I knew pretty little about the DC universe at the time so it was kinda surreal. Though I don't think "Batverine" was half as weird as the Justice League X-Men:

Getting back to queries:
- Thinking back to campaigns past, what was your favorite prop used in a game?
- On the assumption that every D&D player is afflicted with at least one irrational dice superstition, what weird ritual/habit/belief do you practice towards your dice?

By the way guys, these are super easy and fun to make and don't take away from other DMB responsibilities. Are you enjoying? Are these acceptable Bonus Episodes?

What did you do for your last birthday? What is the weirdest thing about you? Are you proud of it? Name the most terrifying moment of your life so far. Have you recovered from it? If you could marry a fictional character, who would it be and why?
