The world of Ashique is the world that I have constructed for my beginner pathfinder players yet immediately bloomed into something I will be using for multiple campaigns. The focus of their campaign is on the continent of Courya in the third age.
I. The Founding Age: When the world was created by the elder/greater gods, spinning the disc of the world and filling it with their creatures. The elder gods had their own children and they also touched the world and created their own races.
II. The Age of the great war: Fueled by the faith and myths of the races conflicts between the races began to escalate. After thousands of years of conflict the world was in ruin and the good races corralled and defeated. The elder gods decided to step in and protect a level of balance between their children. They split the great continent of Morros, the one largest continent, in half and submerged half into the great sea, through the core of the world until it ended up on the other side of the disc. It was agreed that the weakened good gods and their annihilated races would be given a chance to rebuild there and Courya would be brought back for a new war eventually.
III. While on the old half of the disc (top let's say) the left over half of Morros is allowed to continue in a survival of the fittest style contest between mostly evil races, the good creatures that remain are mostly slaves or rebels or guerrilla armies. Courya, where the good races are being reborn is the focus of the campaign setting for now.
So, Courya's history is only a few hundred years old as told by the oldest stories in the land, and as the players begin it has seen no major wars, no major heroes, and each player will be one of the first to begin to embody the classes they have chosen. If they are a wizard they are one of the first wizards, working it out as they go along. If they are a monk they are the first person to focus on the mastery of their body.
However, buried under Courya are some ancient remains of the previous ages, because as much as I wanted a totally fresh world it can really limit the kinds of things you can explore however I want them to be able to discover things that will help them understand that the "Crash of the Continents" is coming and the great war that will follow it.
I have some in depth descriptions of the races and societies of Courya for my players in a google doc that I will link for you guys to check out.

I'd love for any feedback or ideas on this from all of you and i'm so excited to start adding to this community.
