Par5E on FG Forums
If you use FG you may want to check out Par5E. This is a tool for importing PDF's (manually) into FGs and builds a module for you. Check out the link for better info then I will lay out here.
I also use AutoHotKey with it. This does several things, for instance, removing all extra spaces from a document, removing line breaks, etc. I can post my AHK config file for doing this if anyone is interested.
I don't always use Par5E to import data either. I often use it to write my worlds into various text files in format for Par5E and let it build my "World Module" which I just load into the background of all modules I might run with FG. This gives me a place where I can modify text files from anywhere (Store them on Google Drive) and recompile when I get home, if say I come up with an idea at work.
I am about to introduce 3 new players to the game, so I am making them play with real dice, real pencils, paper character sheets and just using the old imagination. Once they understand the game I will switch it to FG's. The point being though, I can modify the world they are playing in while they play, and just recompile afterwards.
Ok, enough rambling, my real point is, if anyone needs help with this aspect then let me know.
Maybe we do like a once a month FG builders group Skype or Hangout and discuss anything we might have figured out, etc. I really like FG's. I see it usable as a home system too. I am considering building a gaming table with a 42' TV sunk in the middle to run Battlemaps, Realmworks, or even FG's while my players play.
