On a recent DMnastics, someone said these little twigoids should be made for 5e, so I went ahead and did it. Edit: I woke up this morning remembering it was DM Ian. Phase Sprite Tiny fey, chaotic neutralArmor Class: 15 Hit Points: 10 (3d6) Speed: 30 ft. Strength: 5 (-3) Dexterity: 18 (+4) Constitution: 10 (+0) Intelligence: 14 (+2) Wisdom: 13 (+1) Charisma: 11 (+0) Skills: Perception +5, Stealth +8, Sleight of Hand +5, Acrobatics +5 Senses: passive Perception 15 Languages: Common, Elvish, Sylvan Challenge: 1 (200 XP) Magic Sense. The phase sprite can pinpoint the location of magical items within 100 feet of it. Actions Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8+4). Teleport Self (Recharge 4-6). The sprite magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, up to 40 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. Before or after teleporting, the sprite can make one melee attack. Teleport Other (Recharge 2-4). The sprite magically teleports another target it can see within 20 feet, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, up to 20 feet to an unoccupied space it can see.

Awesome! The teleport abilities look like they would be a ton of fun to use. Could they use both on the same turn if they wanted to?

I would say not. In my homebrew, they both draw from the same mana pool and can be used a total of 8 times between them.
