I think these look pretty good. I'm wondering if it'd be interesting to be able to pick a trait from the traits of the race that the character was before death? Like if it's a Sentient Unliving Wood Elf, you can choose Fleet of Foot, if they were a High Elf maybe they know a cantrip, Halflings could choose Lucky, etc. This could be a main racial trait that is shared between the sub-races. Maybe:
Memories of Life: Sentient Unliving inherit one racial trait from the race they were before death. Choose one racial trait from the list of traits of that race/sub-race.
This could add a bit more individuality to the characters, which I find would be interesting without being overtly overpowered. Also, I would say that they maybe should take on the size, speed and languages of the race they choose.

Hmm, that could definitely work, and give a good bit of thought to those who are choosing what race their Sentient Unliving was before they died.

Alright this is what I have now for that trait you suggested Memories of Life: Sentient Unliving take one racial trait from the race they were before death. Their Size, Speed, and Languages are aslo decided by their previous race.

That looks good. Definitely makes it a compelling race selection for a player without being overpowered, I'd think.

I think so as well, especially when combined with the other racial traits and sub race traits.
