5. School song
Tried to make it longer but was unable to get the juices flowing anymore. If anyone has more to add feel free, I tried to base it off of what was already written
Living over rocks we spend our days Away from the prying eyes Learning all the secrets of the arcane ways for our minds reach beyond the skies
Die on your feet, or live on your knees we can hear past enemys cry but long as we stand we send our decree into the faces of tyrrany's lie

5-2. The song
I will add to the song. Hopefully I won't butcher it.
If knowledge what you seek, & mystery's you bane. Don't hesitate & speak, We hold the arcane.
From creating light & conjuring bread, Our power will start slow. To summoning monsters & commanding the dead, & the future we shall know.
Die on your feet, or live on your knees, Armed with wands & scrolls. So, don't invade us if you please If you truly value your souls.
We do not fear the fey, Greedy dragons we will slay, We are masters of magic In DAYEIMBE.

So, I got inspired by a great person that never existed but is quite famous in my country. That person is none other than Jára CimrmanA bit of background: He is a made up genius of the beginning of 20th century. He "excelled" in every field he set into but was just a minute short on all of his inventions on the patent office. Rumor says, when Bell first tried his telephone, he had 3 missed calls from Jára Cimrman. His life and deeds are studied by Cimrmanologists. He was first who got the idea of making pocket flashlights the size of a grown man. and now the proposal: Let's have a subject that studies someone like that (a made up genius gnome tinkerer presumably). A (wo)man "great" in everything (s)he does. Let's have it as an inside joke for the students of this subject. They know that it's all a construct but they still keep on pretendinding.

Subjects and teachers - Lieutenant Nemmonis Goroganf, a grizzled dragonborn veteran who teaches War Magic, is not actually a magic use himself but he is so tactically and strategically minded that he could understand the implications of every spell in his class. His teaching partner, a scrawny, yet powerful, wizard named William Silvermane, teaches the students the spells and trains them in the arcana of it all. Their teaching combination has turned out many battle magi and military leaders. Goroganf also teaches Starategy and Tactics.

4. Houses within the school (I may have went overboard. I added an "F" category for what the students often get in trouble for)
The houses in the school are based off of your chosen field of study, so you surround yourself with like-minded people that you can help and be helped by in your studies. There are five houses; the House of Magical Creatures, Alchemist's House, Evoker's House, Conjurer's House, and Enchanter's House
A House of Magical Creatures B/E This house is the most recently founded when its necessity was realized during the recent spike of were-creature activity. Its founder is also its current head of house; Morrig Amberflayer, a Dwarven arcane fighter and former werewolf hunter turned jaded teacher. Morrig founded the house for the express purpose of ensuring as much of the population as possible understands the terrors of the night that threaten the sapient races and how to defend themselves against them. C The house ghost, Deathscent, was formerly Morrig's ghostly familiar (a spectral hellhound) that assisted him in his werewolf hunting who is now bound to the school. Deathscent is capable of normal speech but finds humanoid mannerisms strange. D The symbol of the house is a howling wolf as homage to the founder, ghost, and reason the house was founded. F Students of this house tend to often get in trouble for keeping dangerous creatures in their rooms.
A Alchemist's House B One of the four original houses, founded by Sindir Gaspard an eccentric elven genius of his time. He saw the countless uses of alchemy and helped found the school and was the first head of the Alchemist house. During his time at the school he defended it from a lich, seeing the potential and knowledge that the ancient creature held, he contained its phylactery in an alchemical bath of his own creation to drain the lich's powers without killing it. C That lich, Voshux, is now begrudgingly the official house ghost. D The symbol of this house is, of course, a mystical potion. E The current head of house is a fairly recent graduate of the school, the human Davon Enith. A promising student who originally entered the school to learn the best alchemical uses for healing before deciding the he could do more good as an educator than a healer. F Students of this house are known for giving themselves and other students accidental side effects from experimental concoctions.
A Evoker's House B Evocation is the magical school of taking existing energy and making something else with it (fireballs, mystical images, wards) and for that reason attracts the impulsive students. It was founded by the human Roderic Amenus a former magical adventurer and by most accounts a hero. Between the founder's reputation and the house culture, its students can be called the "jocks" of the school. To them, all the other students are wasting their time because Evokers are the only "real" wizards. C The house ghost is Finnius Knowles, formerly a halfling bard who studied at the school, now a ghost bard. Classically trained he enjoys playing to this day with the students as his audience. His soothing lute tones helps students focus on their studies. He was one of the very first students but died in an in school accident (the school claims no fault or liability). He now also takes a role of the schools prankster and often helps the Evoker house torment the other students. Students that see him rarely know if they will be serenaded or pranked; sometimes it's both. D The symbol of the house is a fireball surrounding a magical gem. E The current head of house is Tandil Vanior; an aged elf that sees evocation in a serious and respectable way, despite her students that have the opposite opinion. She puts in token efforts to stop her student's antics but has long ago realized that she can't do anything to fully keep them from happening. F The evokers, unsurprisingly are often caught messing with other students and are often harshly punished for going too far A Conjurer's House B/C Conjuration is about taking something from one place and bringing it somewhere else, be that monsters, items, or yourself. For that reason conjurers tend to feel disconnected from their homeworld. The founder was originally one such wizard; the Tiefling Calceria. After she spent years on a plane-hopping odyssey her outlook was changed, seeing the beauty and dangers of the universe she made the decision to teach others about these same wonders. Her desire to share those experiences were so strong that she became the conjurer's house ghost so that she may forever watch over the house and guide its students. D The symbol of the house is an open portal with a skull in the center. E The head of house is Udovull Rowan, a dragonborn who took the position as a personal favor for the headmaster. While preferring his solitude and private studies, his wealth of knowledge is invaluable. There is much to learn from him if you can convince him to teach you. F The conjurers are often reprimanded for summoning things stronger than they are able to control and contain. The conjurer's living quarters often have to be repaired due to the damage of explosions and loose monsters.
A Enchanter's House B Enchanting is a broad subject. From befuddling minds, raising dead, or simply deciding you want that sword to burn stuff, enchanters tend to be practical. The founder was the exact opposite. Impulsive and brash, the gnome Pivum Andwue did something terrible which led to her making the somber choice to educate others in magical arts and ensure no one else would make the same mistake. C The house ghost is a closely guarded secret. Actually an enchantment on the school itself that allows the head of house to project what seems to be a real half-orc ghost going by the name of Gradruth. To graduate with honors from the enchanter's school, the potential honor student must realize that the ghost is nothing more than a complex enchantment. D The house symbol is a hand with magic swirling around it. E The head of house is the human Brin Foredust. While having graduated from the school with honors, his students call into question his magical ability and expertise. This may have something to do with the large amount of money his family has donated to the school. F The enchanters most often get in trouble for ignoring class times and project deadlines in favor of focusing on personal studies and projects

I suppose that this would go with either 7. School Administration or 9. Support Staff. Either way:
I kinda like the idea of a school dragon. Perhaps a Silver Dragon would be most fitting, given their interest in human(oid)s and human history.
Maybe the dragon could act as a librarian of sorts, adding students' research to its own hoard of texts and tomes? And allowing students to use this one piece of its hoard as a research library (NO materials may be checked out, though. Reference only).
I imagine the dragon viewing the school as a part of its hoard. As such, the dragon would be very protective of the school and its students/teachers/staff.

Hehehe I like to think the dragon is the one that sends out the 'donate to your alma mater' letters, but there more like 'give me my dues since I generously allowed my school to educate you'.

Ŕival School: Rime Academy of the Arcane. Led by the famous kobold wizard Krak the Blue. Krak is kobold with blue tinged scales and is able to breath lightning. He is the most talented kobold wizard the world has know. His beliefs and morals more closely align with neutral/good races than his own kin.
Questions to answer: 1*. Where is it located?
2*. When and how did the rivalry start?
3*. Who are the Star pupil(s)?
4*. What kind of competition's take place between the various schools?

F Students of this house tend to often get in trouble for keeping dangerous creatures in their rooms. "Dammit Hagrid! How many times do we have to tell you: NO GIANT SPIDERS IN THE DORM ROOM!"

10. Subjects and teachers - come up with a subject and who teaches it. Teacher: So Lee
Subject: the Substitute; Jack of all trades, knows a little about a lot - Whenever a substitute teacher is needed, it’s So Lee.
- A guest teacher and tutor for specific topics: Illusions, enchantments, Identify, Locate ___, Dispel, Remove Curse
Appearance: extremely average of indeterminate age, gender, or sex. Human, brown hair, brown eyes, average height, average build (androgenous), mid-skin tone, age in 40’s?
Description:
- Ambiguity is not magical in nature, it's just who they are.
- Very shy, always speaks in a whisper, when teaching class uses Minor Illusion cantrip to speak in the normal teacher's voice and an Invisible Servant writes everything they say and do on a chalkboard as best it can.
- Has a wand for everything which they pull from seeming infinitely deep pockets.
- Good at untangling magics, especially Dispel and Remove Curse, which makes them rather unpopular with most mages unless there is a problem they can fix.
- Unless tutoring, they never correct mistakes or tell others they did something wrong. They just grin/ grimace and go along with it. This can make other teachers very frustrated when Lee (or So, either is fine) subs.
- Has been accused of using Charm on unruly students during class … more than once … which they don’t say they didn’t do.
Other: Few know they have one of the most complete spell books in the last century, even if they can not cast all of the spells; if they knew about their past as an arcane trickster before multiclassing into mage it makes sense.
