I'm super behind on this one, but better late than never! Time to build us a magic school! While I'm not super well versed in the ways of the Potter, I can Google well enough, and this one should be pretty straightforward in that this will be building and planting a magic school into the world of Dayeimbe!
Grab ONE piece below and lets see what we can do!
1. Name of the school
2. School motto
3. School's location in the world.
4. Houses within the school a. House name b. House founder c. House ghost d. House symbol e. Head of house
5. School song
6. School symbol
7. School administration
8. Headmaster or Headmistress of the school
9. Support staff - feel free to grab this one and make up whatever comes to mind.
10. Subjects and teachers - come up with a subject and who teaches it.
There it is, and of course if there is anything additional that you want to add then please do so!

8. Headmaster
Břetislav Slivertongue halfling male enchanter
Břetislav isn't the common case of wizard. He chose to take the robes because of a girl who didn't like him back. Hearing stories of great wizards who could influence minds of others, it seemed to him like just the perfect idea to learn this, so that his problem wouldn't be problem anymore. With his goal set and stubborn determination, he advanced quickly though classes presented to him. He began practicing on fellow students, than teachers, next thing he knew, he was chosen headmaster. Not quite experienced enough for the position, most critical decisions are made by others. Of course, that is what students whisper, but none would dare confront Břetislav with such an accusation directly. That girl he liked though? She's his wife now. Strange, isn't it?

10. Subjects and teachers - come up with a subject and who teaches it.
101 uses for Ectoplasm, Teacher is Hugo Furst. - Teacher encourages students to interact with spirits and haunted areas but always seems to be the first to leave when things go bad. - Hugo is a Gnome who seems nervous all the time, even first thing in the morning.

9. Support staff - feel free to grab this one and make up whatever comes to mind. Mr. Ogglerot once broke into the school to terrorize and steal the school's secrets. Upon stumbling into a mirror of alignment change that was in one of the classrooms for study he felt an emotion for the first time in his existence; remourse. The beholder with now a good heart pleaded to Břetislav Slivertongue asking him for a way to correct his wrongs. Not exactly sure what to do with the aberration he told him that he could make amends by making sure no one else harms another student, and gave him the title of Hall Monitor. Now Mr Ogglerot (a name given to him by the students) disintegrates, turns to stone, and finger of death any intruder he encounters. If he sees any of 'his' students misbehaving or breaking cerfew he uses charms, telekinesis, or fear (magical and not) to keep the kids in line. If he sees a fight break out among the students he fixes is antimagic glare upon them and scolds them severely. However, even if Mr. Ogglerot sincerely loves the kids presently, there are evil wizards who know that his change of heart is caused by a curse, and may cure the beholder if it benefits them.

"Die on your feet or live on your knees." Mr. Ogglerot always looks annoyed with the quote due to his lack of the appropriate appendages. Needless to say students having to say the motto near the beholder seem to be loader than the rest Awesome motto, curious what historical event inspired the founders to choose it though.

10. Subjects and teachers
Professor Steele- Transmutation magic
Professor Steele is a master at transmutation magic, and is often seen as "that professor." Many other professors get annoyed at the almost cult following of her students, who often need encouragement or direction to keep their focus on ALL subjects, even if that one particular course is slightly more demanding. However, that doesn't damper their respect for her craft. Professor Steele is a female high elf with shimmering silver hair and unmatched beauty with her favorite tapestry of the school logo, unless, of course, she isn't. Sometimes he is a male dwarf with a well kept beard with a pair of braids reaching the floor and a goblet for his rather inappropriate drinking of ale in class. The truth is, Professor Steele is a Doppelganger who excels in transmutation magic, and his/her familiar is a mimic. Fortunately, for the school, he/she is good, even if it is chaotic good, and will always do what he/she feels is right to guide his students towards excellence.

Needless to say students having to say the motto near the beholder seem to be loader than the rest Awesome motto, curious what historical event inspired the founders to choose it though. Because otherwise describing the founding would be awkward, 1. Name: Tharog Sunhair Bastion of Magic The founding of the bastion was unlike most others of its kind, it wasn't originally a bastion of knowledge and research. In its youth it was a military fortress, built to hold the line against the encroaching hordes of gnolls and hobgoblins. Any soldier and student entering the bastion was told, "If the walls fall then you have two choices: die on your feet or live on your knees." When the hordes collapsed upon themselves, the bastion continued to receive students and the warning became a motto of defiance against tyranny and oppression.

6 school symbol (if deemed worthy)
So since it was a bastion once, I'd imagine shieldshaped sigil with grey wall bottom front. On top of the wall a fortress and over the fortress something symbolising magic, like purple four-pointed star. And from both top corners as if spreading and pressing triangles of black, that the college holds back.

I have to wonder, what would happen if profesor Steele got in the way of Mr. Ogglerot's sight? I believe simply looses the ability to read minds since it says 'magically' in the wording. I would think the shape changing would be a natural thing. Also I'm sure Mr. Ogglerot keeps that eye shut a lot. He doesn't want to accidentally ruin some adept's magical homework...

I figure number 9 could be split into more pieces.
9a:
A lot of the small tasks around the school is handled by homunculi and enchanted tools. The Homunculi created in the Advanced Alchemy class, while the tools are enchanted in the earlier grades as a practice before they get to create magical implements (wands, staffs, etc)
: man im kinda in a bad creative mindset

3. School's location in the world.
On a rocky island in the middel of the river conected to a town called stonebridge by a huge stone bridge. The school has been at this location as long as anybody can remember but has been destroyed a few times in it's history. But the vaults and library carved out into the rock under the school always survived.

11 additional school Library.
The huge library is cut into the rocks beneath the school, making for stable conditions to store the hundreds of books scrolls parchments tablets and other ways people recorded information.
It can be very hard to find anything you need in the library as each master of the library had over time tried to impose his or her own system of organising the huge amount of information. The current master of the library Is a old man called Prosmor Torrona during the 30 years he has been master of the library he manages to order and catalog about 10% of the items in the library. He uses a system of aranging items in the library by subject and then order the items in each category Alphabeticly using the common alphabeth.
If one looks at the books curently not cataloged one might find one row ordered on titel acording to the dwarven aplabeth, and the next row sorted by auteur name using the draconinc language. followed by a bookcase that just had books and scrols written in green inkt.

9. Subject Teacher - Arcane History
Name: Professor Rhodes Race: Silver Dragon Appearance: A middle-aged human woman with long platinum hair tied in a bun. She wears clothing of flowing silver threads and carries herself with serpentine grace.
Description: Professor Rhodes is the school's best kept secret. The silver dragon is very passionate about the history and cultures of the many peoples of the world, and enjoys living among those of particular interest to her. She wrote many tomes on this topic under several pseudonyms throughout the travels of her younger days. Many of her works were written as memoirs and journals rather than traditional academic texts, which initially caused some disagreements among other members of the staff more professional approaches. To her, teaching history for her students is no different from recalling fond memories, and is a casual affair.
For her students, learning from Professor Rhodes is an entirely different matter.
Being a powerful "draconic sorceress", the dragon never had to learn magic the same way her students did. She never struggled with casting spells or memorized spellforms, which came to her as naturally as breathing. In fact, she has difficulty sympathizing with those who must learn magic through hard work and dedication.
When asked about exotic spellforms and unconventional casting, her answer is often, "Shouldn't you know this already?"
