I'm going to be one of 6 DMs running Vault of the Dracolich at a local con this weekend (BTW, if you live near Rochester, NY, GO TO RUDICON AT RIT THIS WEEKEND!!) Anyway, I've never done something on this scale or collaborated with other DMs within the same game simultaneously. Does anyone have any tips that could help me make sure I don't screw anything up? Also, I'm down to do a write up on the experience of running it afterwards if there's interest. Info on Vault of the Dracolich here

I haven't run it but played in a 3 table game once. It was a ton of fun, and there were a few things that the game runners did to help keep things moving along. The first was that there was one person at each table that could write notes to the other people selected at each table. That way the groups could communicate on some level. There was a large map of the entire vault that had markers representing each group and their location. The final thing was that at regular intervals the DMs would all huddle up and talk about where they were at in the scheme of things.
Definitely play the game that your players want to play, but be ready to keep everything about the game fast and loose in case of catching up to the other groups, or slowing down so that the other ones can catch up. It should be tons of fun though, as it is a well written adventure.
