You see a longsword in a plain unadorned scabbard. Upon drawing it forth you are not met with the familiar rasp of steel, but instead find that it is made of worn and weathered wood, similar to what one would use for training or sparring. The hilt of the sword is wrapped in plain black leather straps, and small runes are carved lightly into the blade. (Fluency in Celestial or a sufficient check by a character proficient in Knowledge: Religion, I'd say maybe DC 13, would reveal the runes spell "MEEKNESS", the name of this weapon, otherwise it is revealed during attunement.) While simple in appearance, a servant of a good god of the light domain (Pelor, Lathander, whatever equivalent you like or think appropriate) feels a vague but benign compulsion towards the sword. If they spend a short rest praying and meditating to attune to the blade they learn it contains the following properties:
Longsword- 1d8 bludgeoning, Versatile(1d10)
This weapon is considered magical.
When attuned to and wielding this weapon, you can use your spellcasting ability instead of Strength for the attack and damage rolls of melee attacks using this weapon.
When you hit a target with a melee attack using this weapon, the target takes an extra 1d8 radiant damage.
If the target is a fiend or undead, your damage against it is maximized.
As an bonus action, you can speak a short prayer and the blade of the sword sheds light as the Light cantrip.
(Anyone not attuned to this weapon treats it as a normal longsword that deals bludgeoning damage instead of slashing. Until this weapon is attuned to it does not appear as magical or anything more than a simple wooden sword, even to a Detect Magic or similar spell. If you are not a true servant of an appropriate god of light you cannot attune to this weapon, at your DM's discretion)

I like this, its pretty neat.
Only thing I would suggest is perhaps once per day a Zone of Peace effect to the all within 60ft to stop fighting, encouraging non violence.
