www.facebook.com/VinDiesel/videos/vb.89562268312/10153771413778313/?type=2&theaterSo there is that. Not only is the Last Witch Hunter only being made because of Vin's love of D&D and is an homage to his famous dark elf witch hunter Melkor, but apparently he played D&D with some of the greatest players out there right now, Critical Role! Too much awesome in one place if you ask me. I can't wait to hear this as a podcast or whatever it was. If that wasn't recorded I will purchase pitch forks and torches for anyone that wants one, haha. Super crazy awesome!

I kinda found him to be not that great of a role player.....maybe its just me, maybe he's just been away for far too long.... Still love the Diesel though!

Yeah, I think he has been gone for too long, and it doesn't help when you have some of the best around from Critical Role. It being a 30min video too makes it a little harder. Hopefully this happens more often!

I saw the facebook video, but had no idea they were going to release a video of them playing. Certainly going to check this out. Makes me chuckle...

I figured with his acting background he'd be better. That is a better way of putting it, who knows maybe he got the jitters while playing with them. We all get them at some point right?!

It was great! Loved watching it. It felt like a huge teaser for the movie as well...which I was totally okay with!

Perhaps the movie is the beginning of Diesel's transition to the fantasy genre. I, personally, could never see him in a fantasy role... perhaps something Romanish, but not a LOTR-like fantasy.

Will be interesting to see what comes of it. He has done a ton of sci fi so the fantasy genre isn't that much of a leap. I'm hopeful that the movie does super well, and I will hopefully get to see it opening weekend!

I wouldn't put too much stock into how he is as an RPer. A 30 minute promo which is created as a Hack & Slash, doesn't really allow for much of much technicality really.
