Electrify the stand it is resting on to really send the idea home, haha. As daunting as Michael's (and stores like it) it is worth a wander time and again because who knows what you will find and what it could be used for.

And don't forget to add: "The Pink Panther diamond is missing.... And the world's greatest adventurers are solving the case one mistake at a time".

Those gems are sweet. I have to stop and get some also. I have some those round glass ones. I was also thinking of picking up rings and bracelets for future magic items.

Now put that on a stand on the center of the table and that is certainly an awesome prop. Maybe dress it up a bit with a bit of felt or suede underneath it... a bit of hidden fishing line taped to the bottom (just in case they don't check for traps ^_^)

I would (in my utmost humble opinion) open a trap that sets off an inter-dimensional portal that spirals into the very gates of hell. In which, for the next fifteen thousand years, the players will be forced through extreme agony and horrendous torture. After this time they will be released back on the world with all their fingers and toes cut off. They will then witness the last five seconds of the world's existence as it is literally torn apart by a horrendous battle between high elves and high elves. And then, only then, will they wish that they would have checked for the bloody traps.

Compared to that the illusion of a floor over a pit trap that funnels into a Sphere of Annhilation seems positively merciful.

I love those nerf swords (Nerf guns were cool, but these are icing on the cake)! Though I don't have any (just because I haven't passed them recently in store). This raises a question, however. How many props would you have before you, might as well, just go outside and larp?

How many props would you have before you, might as well, just go outside and larp? Currently since i have a child, as many as i want until she is to old for them. The nerf i found at good will for $8 which is crazy since online they are selling for 0ver $70

Those axes are awesome. Can't say that I have ever seen them before. The swords are also awesome, but hurt much more than I thought they would because of the plastic rod in the middle of them. Quite the set, and that is a ridiculous awesome deal on them.
