Range: Touch
Components: V, S
Duration: 4 hours
The target you touch is overtaken by the song of the wind, giving them the following abilities for the duration.
* All spells/abilities requiring Verbal components have their range doubled
* Flying Speed of 60 ft
* Silence effects below 6th level are dispelled upon the target entering its radius
* Spells/abilities checks (ex. Counterspell) to interrupt spells cast by target are made at disadvantage
* You may spend a Bonus Action to make the ranged spell attack at a creature that can hear. Siren’s Wail (PB+Cha) range 60ft, 4D8(20) and make a Con save using the caster’s DC. On a fail become deafened for 1 minute and on a success the damage is halved and not deafened.
