Compact, form-fillable character sheet for D&D 5th edition. Some notes: Pro = proficiency bonus mod/save = attack bonus modifier, or spell save dc Intentionally omitted personality stuff (bonds, etc...) Should be print friendly. This form is not encrypted. Feel free to tinker with it. My goal was to create a character sheet that I could both print multiple copies onto one page (this fits 4 when printing on both sides), and view all statistics on the computer without having to scroll down the page. I'd appreciate feedback from anyone who uses it, or just cares to comment on appearance/functionality.

You're a gent and a scholar! Thanks. I will pass this along to my players.

Words can not describe how excited I am about this. My group tends to play on a smaller table and thus end up with a lot of the space being utilized by character sheets(the table is low to the ground so it is a bit of a nuisance to put them elsewhere. I won't get to use them for a few months though due to the fact that us college kids can't really play over the summer. However, I'm definitely adding this to my list of printouts. This would also be helpful from a DM standpoint just for keeping track of all the players more easily. One question I have, which is not necessarily related is why 5e does not have a spot to write down deity preference. I can see a lot of viable reasons for it but my players asked me where it went when we started 5e and I just said write it where ever you want. Obviously this is not really something you probably know the answer to but I thought I'd ask anyway. Now I'm just waiting for when we have a excel sheet that lets us choose from a list of options and makes the sheet for us. Here is an example of a rogue trader one if anyone is curious(note I did not make this). www.blackmoor.org.uk/40K.htmlI can see a 5e one where it has a drop down menu for all the options from picking your class to picking which spells you have from a list determined by your class. However, it is not super easy to throw this kind of thing together and I can not see myself taking the time right now. Especially considering that it would likely only be okay to share with my group for now. Sadly, I don't think that Wizards is allowing this kind of stuff for 5e at the moment. Oh well, a man can dream. Sorry for going off topic. Anyways, love the character sheet and can not wait to get to use it.

Great sheet for a player reference behind the screen!
insightfulhedgehog: Small table? I have the same problem. I got one word for ya: clipboards.

I've got two which I usually give to my fellow players if I'm in the game(I use one if I'm DM to hold my notes). I don't usually look at my sheet a lot as a player because I'm quick to remember numbers and such(write my health on the table in front of me). But I should definitely get some more. Hopefully though we will upgrade our table next year since me and several of my players are living together in a house off campus(college kids).

Glad to hear some people are using it. For such a simple appearance, it took a surprising amount of time to make. Aligning the text and text fields was the biggest hassle, and I didn't find out til it was finished there was a much easier way of setting the tab order than I ended up using. Alas, now my free trial of Acrobat Pro DC is expired, so I won't be making any new forms. I made a similar form for monster stat blocks, if anyone wants to use it. monster stat block

Yeah, a number of people created apps that did precisely this, but they got cease and desist orders from WotC lawyers. It's a shame, that's the only digital tool I really want.
