I'm going to be DMing my first game in a week or two and I've been working on my setting, including making my own set of Homebrew gods that I'd like some constructive criticism on. I threw these descriptions together pretty quick so I'm sure there's some errors and mistakes I've missed. Also I only have long descriptions for the "good" gods right now. Thank you in advance for any advice.

Gods
The gods of this world are known by titles rather than names. Those who know the true name of a god gain a fragment of their power. On rare occasion the gods will whisper their own true names to those they deem worthy to share their strength. This is an important part of my world as several important NPCs will be either powered by the name of a god or motivated by the chance of learning one. If the campaign goes on long enough I plan for my players to eventually learn diety names. At least one player has told me he wanted such to be part of his character's motivation.
The Pantheon of Light
-The Creator
Neutral good Life deity.
The Creator's true race and gender are unknown and wildly debated among the people. Some say that each individual sees a different form when they look upon it. The Creator is the source of all life energy which is used by other gods to create the land, plants, animals, and people. As such, The Creator is capable of manipulating all of it's siblings' creations. Worshipers of The Creator believe strongly that all life is sacred and refuse to take it until all other options have been exhausted. Clerics of The Creator gain the Life Domain.
-The Fateful Dancer
True neutral Elf Goddess of Death, Dance, and Music.
The Fateful Dancer is the benevolent ruler of the farplane, where the souls of the deceased go to rest. Each night at dusk she sings and performs a dance that draws the lingering souls towards her and leads them into her realm. She created the Elven race to assist her in her performance and tend to the bodies of the dead. According to legend the reason Elves live for so long is that the Fateful Dancer hesitates to claim the souls of her own children. In addition to elves, she counts many Bards and other performers among her followers. The clergy of her church preform ritual dances in her honor and care for cemeteries around the world. Her Clerics gain the Death domain.
-The Insightful Scribe
Lawful neutral Dwarf god of Knowledge, History, and Story Telling.
The father of all Dwarves devotes himself to recording all history and knowledge and spreading it to as many people as possible. He spends eternity at his desk at the center of the legendary infinite library transcribing all events as they occur. His children were born from the hairs he scratched free from his beard as he worked and serve to maintain his books and take his lessons out into the world. Every temple devoted to him is both a library and a school, and all of his clergy teachers, his followers dedicated to both obtaining and spreading knowledge and stories. His Clerics gain the Knowledge domain.
-The Diligent Artist
Neutral Good Halfling God of Nature and Art.
He who paints the flora and fauna into existence. He constantly travels the world creating and restoring life as he goes. The Halfling race was born from the drops of extra paint that fell from his brush. He has no formal temples in his name, just small shrines on roadsides and in forests, often covered in images relevant to the area painted upon them by his followers. His clergy all take up an unending pilgrimage to travel the world as see as much of their master's work as they can in their lifetime, always sketching or painting when they rest and often leaving the finished work behind to inspire others. New members of the order must locate an existing one and travel alongside them for a year before they are officially ordained and strike off on their own journey. He is worshiped primarily by Halflings, Druids, Travelers, and Artists. His Clerics gain the Nature Domain.
-The Inspiring Beacon
Chaotic Good Tiefling god of Light, Charity, and the Sun
The bearer of divine Fire who lit the sun to protect civilization from the horrors of the night. The sun disappears at night because his sister, The Avaricious Queen, jealous of the wonderful gift he had given the world, put a curse upon him so that whenever he slept it would hide bellow the horizon. Making the people the most vulnerable when he least able to protect them. And thus he created the Tieflings to do his work when he could not. His temples also serve as safe havens and shelters for the lost, homeless, and afraid. His followers believe in generosity, often helping others at expense to themselves. The most devoted among them will sometimes take oaths of poverty and keep only the bear minimum to survive for themselves, giving all else to those in need. His most common followers include Tieflings, Monks, and those who hunt demons and undead. His Clerics gain the Light domain.
-The Valiant Explorer
Chaotic Neutral Dragonborn Goddess of the Sea, the Moon, and Exploration
The mistress of the seas who conjured great storms to fill the oceans and filled them with plants, creatures, and terrains at random so that even she did not know what wonders it contained and could explore and discover them herself. It's said that the stars are holes she ripped in the sky to mark her way as she wandered and that she hung the moon in the sky because she was frustrated by the lack of light to explore by at night. The Dragonborn spawned from her scales that fell off as she swam exploring her creation. Her temples are primarily found along the coastline and double as lighthouses, though some can be found inland and serve as rest houses for weary travelers. Her clergy either maintain these temples helping travelers or they explore the world and especially the seas themselves. She is worshiped primarily by Dragonborn, Rangers, and sailors. Her Clerics gain the Tempest domain.
-The Gifted Knave
Chaotic Good Human God of Rogues, Trickery
A jovial thief and trickster who takes pleasure in pranking friends and tormenting enemies. He is constantly at work undermining the plans of the evil gods. He stole the first humans away from their Creator, the Heartless Champion, saving them from the fate of constant war and granting them freedom. His temples are all hidden underground and initiates must locate them to qualify to become members of the clergy. His followers work in the shadows to undermine evil men the same way their master does with gods, but but still maintain a sense of humor. Humans and Rogues are the most numerous among his followers. His Clerics gain the Trickery domain.
-The Cunning Tactician
Lawful Good Gnome Goddess of War, Technology, and Games
A genius in every aspect who enjoys challenging herself. If was she who gifted the civilized races with the ingenuity to create tools and build greater structures. Legend states that while the other gods only gift their true names to those they deem worthy, she also offers hers to anyone who can defeat her in a strategy game. Countless people have tried to gain power this way, all have failed. The original Gnomes were pieces from her game board animated to protect her from an attack by the Heartless Champion. Her temples also serve as fortified watchtowers and her clergy as militia to protect the surrounding area. Her most common worshipers include Gnomes, Fighters, Paladins, and soldiers. Her Clerics gain the War domain.
The Pantheon of Darkness
-The Avaricious Queen
Chaotic Neutral Tiefling Goddess of Greed, Undeath, and Darkness
Death domain.
-The Silent Witness
Lawful Evil Halfling Goddess of Secrets
Knowledge domain.
-The Vindictive Flame
Chaotic Evil Drow God of Wrath and Fire
Light domain.
-The Savage Predator
Chaotic Neutral Dragonborn Goddess of Nature and Hunting
Nature domain.
-The Unending Storm
Chaotic Evil Orc Goddess of Destruction and Storms
Tempest domain.
-The Beguiling Deceiver
Lawful Evil Dwarf God of Lies, Trickery domain.
-The Heartless Champion
Neutral Evil Human God of War and Conquest
War domain.
