Party everywhere! So, it took me an extra week to think of a DM-Nastics prompt that in hindsight makes a ton of sense, and is pretty easy, haha.
For this one I will set it up very very loosely with little information. It has been some time since we have done a DM-Nastics like this, but we will play off of each other and tell the tale of a split party and the back and forth of running it.
That's it, introduce a party member or two and tell where they are and what they are doing. From there someone will do the same, and once there is a substantial group in the posts the next person can grab one of the previously mentioned set of characters and say what they do next and maybe we will get an interesting demonstration of how to create dramatic tension, and/or bring the party back together, of the whole thing falls flat on its face! Only time will tell for this one, haha.

I'm surprised you haven't had a prompt for more prompts. Sounds ridiculous, but I'm sure your community can come up with some fun stuff.
Anyhoo, let's start with Tigerseye Rockblight. She is a gnomish rogue who was split from her party quite rudely. You see, while scouting ahead she found a marble frieze with large ruby eyes. When she tried to relocate them to her pocket she was teleported away in a quidich cup like manner.
The party will soon see the frieze while looking for their missing companion, but this time the eyes are dread and without magic. Above the frieze written in a language the gnome couldn't understand says
'All those with eyes of greed Shall be deprived of what they need They will be forced to bleed Until they find truth that will lead
I wasn't sure if it were to early to include a division in the post, but at the very least I would like Tigerseye, a greedy gnome, to be a member of the band.

One of these two was none other than Aelon Lightsong, an elvish paladin of Selune. "Oh by Selune's light! Will she never learn?" Aelon pokes the eyes of the statue and nothing happens. "Moon save her, as we cannot reach her now. The inscription here suggests she's in danger, but what is the 'truth that will lead'? I sense a darkness my friend. What do you think we should do?" says Aelon as he turns to their other companion.

Watching the pair jog ahead, the paladin's armor clanking away and torch ablaze, the Dwarven Ranger - Magnus Blackarrow - could only shake his head as light and sound would surely betray the party and meet the same fate (if anything was even wrong in the first place) as Tigerseye. Warry of the gnolls that still may be pursuing them through the tunnels/halls/etc, and recalling the week prior when they got surrounded because no one was looking behind, Magnus sought out a place in the now dark hall to hide and wait in ambush until his friends summoned him forward. However, a misplaced step onto a pressure plate sent the dwarf sliding down a tube beneath the trap door!

"I too sense darkness," Corrett couldn't help himself. The blind halfling proceeded to move forward with a chuckle. "Take notes Sunshine...or moonshine. Oh whatever!" Corrett exclaimed while warming up with some calisthenics, he hadn't been training at the monastery for nothing. This piece of junk that threatened his friends just needed some percussive maintenance. He thrust his hand at the marble surrounding one of the rubies, hoping that dislodging it would disrupt the magic holding his friend. He could hear Aelon "What are you thinking?!"
OH SNAP! guys I got a crit! (the bitter DM decideds he needs a way to keep this fun going, he wants the party split after all)
The marble cracks as Corrett utilizes as much ki as he can muster into a strike, and one of the rubies goes flying. Instinctively, Corrett grabs the gemstone before it can touch the ground. "AHA! You see guys, everyone was worried about nothing. This thing was a piece of cake. I bet you guys are glad you have such a talented martial artist like myself around, otherwise we may never have seen Ms. Rockblight again!" Corrett's words are met with silence, as he his in a mysterious new location all alone...but he doesn't even seem to notice. "And now we're rich! I could buy 10 cakes, no 30 cakes just to get started. First drinks are on you Magnus! Guys I really think we need to evaluate our current leadership roles with the party, it just seems like I'm always kinda saving the day..."

'Corrett? Magnus? How does this always happen!?' Aelon says to himself alone in the hallway. Realizing there was nothing further to be done here he pressed onward, descending into darkness.
Corrett, Magnus, and Tigerseye find themselves in separate rooms with no entrances or exits. The only thing keeping them company is a laughing gnoll statue with red eyes and 4 small statuettes of themselves and their companions.
On every wall of the stone cell reads.
'All those with eyes of greed Shall be deprived of what they need They will be forced to bleed Until they find truth that will lead.'
'Well this isn't good...' Tigerseye sighs.
Then tiny spiders started crawling out of the gnoll statues mouth.
(I don't have an answer for the riddle, the truth that will lead, which literally could be anything from sacrificing one of the ally statuettes to the gnoll god, or finding out the room is an illusion, it's meant to be vague to be built on)
