While I work on making more posts for #84 to flesh out the world of Dayeimbe, I figured getting this one out into the world would be fun too. Pretty straightforward. Grab ONE of the images and come up with a cool way that you could tie multiple parties being in the scene presented. How did they get there? Do they fight on the same side? Or is there a twist after the battle seems to be over? Whatever you can dream up! 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. There they are in all their glory, so grab one and get to crafting your story ... rhyming is the best!

I'll snag number 4 (the dragon on a castle with an army coming at him).
Party 1 were approached by the dragon and were convinced that the McGuffin inside the castle was rightfully his and, while most people see chromatic dragons as evil, the king that has taken it is more evil (or they could be an evil party in the hire of the dragon.
Party 2 is informed that an ancient dragon is planning a raid on the castle, and they are given a small band of trained guardsmen and the right to enlist people into a militia. The dragon begins its assault just as the players are arriving. Lets hope the other party didn't set up traps that were too deadly...

I'll take 11. An evil army ruler is sending kaiju sized beasties (yeah you read that right, multiple kaiju) to destroy the castle containing an important thingy that is the worlds last hope! Oh snap! so...
Group 1 is fortified in the castle with the king's army, magically enhanced siege equipment, and ancient runes engraved into the castle that multiply the damage and range of spells by 10 or something. Sanctuary from borderlands, beam tower from Wreck it Ralph, and Minas tirith fromLoTR are all fun examples.
Group 2 uses a spell found in said castle to animate the jaeger (giant golem) where the team must work together to get it to move. Acquisition Inc, power rangers, and pacific rim are good examples.

I will snag #10. Although I love the look of this warrior fighting off hoards of undead, I think it would be more fun if your groups are controlling the skeleton army!
Group 1: A group of necromancers that are trying to overthrow an overbearing religious order that is trying to impose its views on the natives of your country. This land has a very deep historical tie to the dead, and views the afterlife as merely an ascension into a better plane of existence. Therefor, they will utilize the bodies of the dead since their souls have vacated. Normally the undead take the roles of work-horses and labor, but in this case they are fighters. This group must keep pressure on the paladins at the front of a massive fort in order to distract the holy knights from Group 2.
Group 2: A group of rogue-ish types that have been hired to defile the holy sanctum of the church. The paladin order gets its strength through channeling divine statues that have acolytes preying around them. This group must sneak into the fort and take out these statues in order for the necromancers to overcome the holy magic of the knights.

I'll Snag nr 1.
There are two groups from skirminshing guilds that awoke the fury of the guardian of the forest.
Group 1: The magicians of guild "Arcane Institue"(More mage's school) had lain claim on the Drufthalen forest due to its vast amount of herbs and fungi needed for potions and tinctures.
Group 2: Mercenaries hired by the merchants guild "The Bronze Moneybag" who are in the forest wanting to clear it out to set up a mining operation due to the areas rich resources of magical crystals and SilverSteel.
Needless to say that the skirmishing is due to conflict of interest as the area is under the institutes claim but the Baron had sold pieces of the territory away to the Merchants guild even though he has no authority to do such. The skirmishes lead to the angerment of a guardian minotaurus that resided in the area.

#2. Fallen Souls A circle of wizards chant arcane lyrics, their words rising to the heavens in a plea of help. Radiant souls hear the words far above them, and the magic twists around their divinity like a noose... In this picture, a gathering of spellcasters have come together to summon a diety for help. Perhaps crops are dying, a sickness has spread across the land, or a great evil is about to be unleashed. For whatever reason, they need this specific diety. Unbeknownst to the spellcasters, that diety is missing, dead, or imprisoned by a big bad. So when these spellcasters attempt to summon the diety for help, they instead summon several celestial beings that are agents of the gods. They are forcefully pulled from the Celestial Plane and plummet to the Material Plane in a shroud of fire and light reminiscent of falling stars. In the process, they lose some of their divinity and their memories become fractured.
Several things could happen here. The spellcasters could link these celestial agents to the diety they tried to summon and see them as a gift from the gods to aid them on their quest OR the spellcasters and everyone else in the land see these falling divines to be the wrath of the gods. I'm sure their impact with the ground was less than graceful and the collateral damage was extreme. So either the spellcasters and the divine agents team up to find out what is happening, or they are pitted against each other because of a lack of communication.
#4. Dragon Crown An army has gathered to overthrow a corrupt king. Loyal knights draw their swords, praying to the gods that their guardian comes to their aid. In the distance a roar shakes the earth and great wings flatten fields of crops. In this instance, it is good pitted against good. The lawful men and women of a corrupt king stand by the crown and follow the vows they took. They know their king is corrupt, but their loyalty is not to the man but to the throne and crown itself. Treason is a crime worse than death, and they will fight to the end to protect the kingdom's monarchy. The chaotic agents of light are the warriors who have seen the tyranny and corruption of the king firsthand and have vowed to depose him and replace him with a benevolent ruler. The king and his men are vastly outnumbered by the rebellion, but agents of the king have sought out the crown's guardian—an ancient red dragon that is bound by eldritch magic to serve the crown in its greatest time of need.
#7. Technology vs Magic A dwarf loads his blunderbuss and takes aim at the charging sabertooth and the halfling riding on its back. Blue flames rush from the sorcerer's outstretched fingertips and burn a hole in the armored line of soldiers marching toward the forest. Two swords clash, one of radiant light and the other cold steel. Through a combination of dwarven smithing, human ingenuity, and gnome craft, technology has reached a level of superiority that rivals magic. Those unable to harness the Weave are able to load and fire flintlock pistols as easily as a druid can bloom a flower. The Age of Technology has come and spellcasters as dying as a result. Forests and sacred groves are being wiped down by steam-powered machines. The divine light of the gods are flickering as men rely on their gadgets rather than their faith. As spellcasters try and protect the Weave from dying, conflict erupts between the two sides. The technology-driven governments outlaw magic in hopes of snuffing out the rebellion, but it only fans the flames of a growing war.

#9 Dragon Boat
Party One: While on the search for a Dread Pirates Elusive Treasure they have come upon his lost ship. Full of traps, Treasures and the Dead.
Party Two: Owns this Dragon Ship. They go from port to port taking them over for power and treasure. The ship is able to be change from a Aircraft Carrier sized war ship that towers over normal boats into what you see in the Image A Floating Dragon Shaped Castle.
Party Three: This Castle/Ship is a Prison used to keep only the most dreadful criminals Diyambe has ever seen. Unfortunately one of the prisoners is Innocent and needs to be dramatically rescued by the Party.
Party Four: While on the way back to their home comes upon this eerie ship. They hear the moans of the enslaved and the smell of gold coin.
Party Five: Is a Crew of a small fishing boat out for a 3 hour tour. When they are attacked and set down upon by this Dragon Boat full of Vikings. The boat was pushed into a small bay on a deserted island. Will the crew make it out alive? Will they fight off the enemies? Or will the Hunted become the Hunters in this thrilling adventure on the High and Low Seas!

Teia, bones wracked with cold, finally dug her piton into the top of the last cliff and pulled herself over the ledge. She allowed herself ten deep breaths before forcing herself to her feet. There it was. The awful horror of a face carved into that mountain. Carved by what? Nature? Demons? Worse? Whatever its source, the dread pierced her deeper than the cold as she stood looking at the stone visage in the real world now. It had come to her in visions as long as she could remember, leaving her sleepless at night and screaming. The face and the scratching certainty that her life was leading unstoppably here had always been with her. Throughout her life she had two constant companions as she roamed as an urchin from town to town: those terrors in the night and the tattoo- some mazelike etching someone had marred her face with before she had memory.
*Thunk* Teia spun her face towards the other side of the cliff just as a piton slammed down. Slowly, a shaking figure emerged over the edge. It was a young man, probably around her age. He crawled over the edge and lay still, breathing ten ragged breaths into the snow before he raised himself to his feet. They both stood there, rigid as the frozen ground around them. Their eyes locked for the first time on the familiar mazelike tattoo staring back at them from the face of the other.

Party 1: Shaine, a squirrelkin cartographer from Cattershire, who has put on quite a few pounds since his encounter with the vegepygmy chieftan. The encounter had done a number on Shaine, he lost his tail in the encounter, along with his confidence. Shaine was working with a badgerkin, Tavish, and another squirrelkin Dolores. The two parties had been successful in defeating the chieftan, but Shaine did little to contribute to the victory, and what made things worse, he saw the woman who he had loved since a child work together with her former love interest, sharing glory while Shaine was left beaten. He was never the strongest, but what Tavish had in strength he had in brains and heart! Shaine decided he would explore the world, and create a map of all of Dayeimbe, and return to Cattershire after his success. Surely then, he would impress Dolores! Along his travels, he ran into trouble. Shaine had almost immediately been captured by goblin bandits. In his capture, he was tied up and met Irvine.
Irvine is a rogue and alchemist who had been captured by the goblins while trying to steal their gold to buy supplies for a potion he had been working on. Irvine is a mischievous human male, about 26 years old, who has a brother and a sister who are both adept wizards. Irvine had tried learning to use magic like his older siblings, who were clearly favorites to their parents, but could never master the use of arcane energy. He also was not the strongest, but he was a scholar, and inherited a "mad scientist" gene that must have been recessive. He had been successful in creating a number of potions, but his newest project, the crowned jewel, would give him power to rival his siblings. This elixir would give him enhanced physical strength and capabilities, as well as magical resistance! He was so close, but this was not where his journey would end. He worked together with tailless, and they managed to escape the goblins that captured them using their wit. He managed to use a pin on Shaine's outfit, and picked the lock on his binds. He agreed to free Shaine if he would help him in his quest to make his master elixir, so he could gain the love and respect of his kin. Then he would show them, HE WOULD SHOW THEM ALL! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Shaine reluctantly helped, it wouldn't hurt to have someone with a little bit of crazy in his corner when he needed protection. Besides, he understood what love could do to someone. The two needed to split up to distract the goblins, who were easily fooled. As the met at the entrance of the hideout, Shaine was shocked to see Irvine running. "RUUUUUUUN," he said, as he grabbed Shaine clumsily and they ran from the outpost, which then exploded.
Since then the pair have run into trouble many more times, and have escaped just as many times. They eventually found themselves aligning with an unexpected couple as they shared drinks at a bar. Shaine was nearly complete with his maps, and Irvine had created a prototype of his master serum, though there have been a few side effects, merely quirks to work out. Irvine needed a small sample of a carapace. The carapace, however, belonged to the Morgawr. A terrible beast that inhabited a lake nearby, haunting the ravine. Mystery surrounds the ravine, as the water does not seem deep, and adventurers can go walk to the bottom of the ravine and in the shallow water, and yet this monstrous beast hides beneath. Some rumor that it is a portal to another plane of existence, others say it is cursed by Nom, ensuring death to any who approach it, but one thing is certain, no one has yet returned from encountering the beast. They were going to need some muscle, Irvine could use his potions to combat the beast for a time, but his transformation elixir was still incomplete, and would only last a few minutes. The whole bar knew what a predicament him and his short, tailless, and relatively cowardly companion were in by the end of the night. Luckily, his drunken venting got the attention of two warriors.
Party 2:
Viola and Celio, paladins of Sigdrifa, were twin brothers with a life plagued with competition. Currently, after a very confusing encounter with a warlock, they are twin brother and sister with the same competitive lifestyle. The siblings pledged themselves to Sigdrifa in their teens, and have been competing for renown ever since. After completing a mission, they made their way to a bar, where they saw a more friendly opportunity to test eachother. Viola put her twin axes down, and Celio put down Lashil, the living blade he just won, and they began to drink off. This time, Viola was victorious. Much like in her daya a Lucio, Viola had more success that night with the ladies. While she was beaming with confidence and Celio perhaps a little too intoxicated, they wasted no time responding to Irvine’s story.
The next morning, the party was off on their long road to confront the Morgawr.

#3 The arch wizard Talis the Lightbringer has been in a struggle against the invading demon horde. Slowly the demons in droves have chipped away the forces of the free men of the land. The land has come to know destruction slavery and death. As the army of the abyss continue to move forward more powerful and dangerous demons come from the abyss...and now demon princes come forth to claim the prize of the material plane. In a last ditch effort Talis uses all his ability and skill to summon an avatar of the Lord of Light to help battle these demon princes and reclaim the lands and return order and peace.
