I need help trying to figure out how to slow down time in a dungeon. Hers the idea.
The main room all branches of the dungeon connect has a huge clock in the floor. The whole dungeon sets up the boss fight where the players need to focus on keeping the clock wound or time will slow and if its wound too tight, time speeds up and fight the boss at he same time.
I know the wizard has a spell that "speeds up time" by giving more standard actions and i cant think of the opposite
Please help

You could treat each creature in the area as if they were under the effect of a Slow spell, without a chance to resist.

or run the game as normal, but the whole area is slower or quicker, so if they spend a day in the dungeon a week passes for the outside world
you could also have a big switch in the middle of the dungeon that reverses it to the opposite speed
