Hello everyone!
I started playing 3.5 DnD back in college in 2005. Since then I have played a multitude of systems. 3.5 DnD, 4e, 5e, D20 Modern, Pathfinder, Deathwatch, Rogue Trader, Apocalypse Prevention Inc., Star Wars D20, Star Wars Saga, Of Dreams and Magic, Savage Worlds and Mutants & Masterminds. I am hoping to get to run Mutant Epoch, Dark Heresy and Black Crusade.
I started DM'ing in 2008ish and my first game had 3 players so I gestalted them. I have run campaigns in 9 of the games I listed. I have even run a couple for 12+ months, throwing in real world holiday side missions (such as Humanoid Turkeys preaching that people should eat Cows and Chickens (also humanoids) instead, and a minuscule war between the two factions for Thanksgiving).
I have annoyed my players with horrible puns, my favorite of which was a town where all the buildings were white. The city had two brothers as co-mayors, both of them wights, named Bill and Orv. Citizens lived there because it was the wight city to live in. Wightsville.
I watch mostly sci-fi and comedy TV shows and movies along with anime. Things that help me get ideas along with letting me spend time with my wife.
This podcast has been really inspiring, ideas keep popping up in my head.
