I thought to use a Christina Aguilera reference for the title, but thought better of it, haha. Ended up having to move days before I originally expected.
For this one I figured that we could make some genies for the world of Dayeimbe. To do it, each person should:
1. Describe the container that hikes the genie. You could also describe the location it is found if you wanted.
2. Describe the genie that appears. Physical description, demeanor, name, etc.
3. Answer the wish made by the previous poster as if you were the genie you have just made. You can be as nice or twisted as you would like to be!
I'll post the first wish to be granted however the genie sees fit!
Wish: I was using a deck of many things and was stuck in the Astral plane. At the end of it all I had one wish left. So I wished "I want every creature imprisoned on the Astral plane to be freed onto their native plane, and I want them all to know that it was I who freed them."
Can't wait to read about the genies that get made!

I'll post the first wish to be granted however the genie sees fit! Wish: I was using a deck of many things and was stuck in the Astral plane. At the end of it all I had one wish left. So I wished "I want every creature imprisoned on the Astral plane to be freed onto their native plane, and I want them all to know that it was I who freed them." Can't wait to read about the genies that get made! 1. A chipped porcelain tea kettle with rosewines engraved along the sides, the rosewines making out the runes that keeps the genie inside the kettle. The kettle is the most prized possesion of the witch of Wolfswood, gifted to her from a elf who greatly appreciated her herbal tea's. 2. The genie looks like a Human-sized Dwarf, round and bearded with a joyous nature, and unlike other genies he prefers being in the container over being free and he will discourage adventurers that wish for things that will have a bad outcome. He and the Witch will sometimes have a little tea-party with the other denizens of the woods. 3. Your wish freed you and every creature imprisoned in the astral plane, the good heroes of myth who sacrificed themselves to trap evils that threatened the balance of the world in ages past. They all know it was you who freed them and you are perceived a threat to the world to the good, and as a threat to their powers to the bad. Wish: I wish to never age and live forever.

1. A chamber pot made out of the upside down skull of a hill giant 2. The genie looks like a black shadow that has been torn to pieces, his pieces appear to hold together in a 7 foot tall humanoid shape. The last person to gain a wish from him asked him to kill or maim the next person to ask for a wish. He still holds this order. 3.You may live forever, but you must be dead. He curses you with mummy rot until the day you die, Then he places you in a tomb in a desert temple in the wilderness. After 20 years you come back to life. You do not age and you will live forever. (unless set on fire.)
Wish: I wish to reunite the githyanki and the githzera into "The United Order of The Gith" because they need to remember the time before their split if they wish to survive the calamity ahead.

1) A small, ornate lock box made of oak with gold inlays and filigree. When opened, it appears to be empty. If the inscription on the lid is read while it is closed, and then the box is opened, the genie pops out.
2) Classic djinni. Blue skinned, barrel chested, turban, etc. Answers to the name of Fu. He's a relatively magnanimous fellow, and will attempt to distract the owner of the chest with elaborate stories, riddles, jokes, etc., to prevent him from making a wish. If the owner humors Fu and listens for at least an hour without interruption, and then makes a wish, the djinn will attempt to fulfill the wish according to the desires of the wisher. If the owner is rude or otherwise does not listen, Fu will twist the meaning of the wish to suit Fu's own sense of humor.
3) The wisher was rude and didn't listen to Fu. He fuses some githyanki and githzerai into one body with two heads each. The fusions are considered abominations by the normal members of their constituent cultures. They form their own group, the United Order of the Gith. They resent their own existence, but the dialog between their heads reminds them of the time their people were once one. They agree, at least, to focus their efforts on punishing the person responsible for their current state: the wisher.
Wish: I wish to be the most powerful sorcerer alive!

1. An unassuming terracotta pot, whose lid will only open when the holder drags one of their index fingers counterclockwise around the lip of the pot. Crudely carved into the lid are the words "Aboleth Soap".
2. Appearing from the pot is a very large, dark brown spider. It sports 12 legs which end in humanoid hands as well as a humanoid mouth, but has no eyes. It opens its mouth, revealing a rasped tongue, and makes a long sound like a cross between a crickets chirp and a serpents hiss. This somehow translates to "I am Van Erst the Wish Master. State your demand.", in the holder's mind. Afterward it stands nearly statue still, occasionally twitching a finger.
3. Van Erst climbs back into the pot, afterward it shatters into dust. Nevvur later learns that all spell casters of the world have mysteriously died, but that she(he?) has learned the spell Waterbane.
I wish for one edible, non-toxic, freshly baked sweet roll.

WARNING: I went a bit dark with this one. I'm whiting out part of my wish granting to avoid potentially triggering people. You can still highlight it to read it, between the two sets of two asterisks. 1. A small, robins-egg blue locket. It is shaped like a heart and contains a mirror on both sides when opened. Opening the locket releases the genie. 2. The genie's name is unpronounceable and unwriteable, as is its speech. However, thanks to a previous master's wish, it always introduces itself as "Gus." Gus is, in its natural form, horrible to the point that merely seeing it drives mortals to madness, but thanks to another of its previous masters, who wished it would never be seen again, it is invisible. Gus is utterly depraved, and while abiding by the duty of wish granting, seeks to torment mortals in any way possible. 3. Gus opens a portal in the air, out of which steps your mother (or most beloved mother figure), then conjures an oven and the necessary ingredients to make the perfect sweet roll. Your mother speaks to you, asks about how your life is going, and tells you how much she loves you while she bakes you a sweet roll, then offers it to you on a small small plate with a white doily. ** As soon as you take a bite, your mother begins spraying blood from her neck - the oven was enchanted to tie baker to whatever they baked, and your own bite severed your mother's jugular and larynx. Nothing short of a regeneration spell can repair the damage.** I wish that you (the genie) experience rapturous joy when doing good for mortals and treating them well, but indescribable despair and pain whenever you treat a mortal badly or willingly cause them suffering.

The genie resides in an elaborately carved pipe made of ivory and ebony. The ivory is carved to resemble undulating ribbons and puffs of smoke that curl up and around a seated figure. The figure is smiling contentedly, palms down on the knees of his crossed legs. In his lap is a wide dish that forms the bowl of the pipe. There is a silver band that joins the ebony and ivory halves. The band is inscribed in an unfamiliar language. Smoking from the pipe releases the genie. 2. The genie's name is Herfemer. He appears as a tall, thin being with a scraggly beard and green skin. He wears an orange tunic with bright blue pants and sandals. Herfemer has a tall, round hat that is a little too large for his head, sticking his pointed ears out. Herfemer is a bit spacy at the best of times, but if he is summoned with something stronger than tobacco, he appears suffering acutely from the effects of whatever was smoked to summon him. Herfemer is fairly agreeable, and if he likes you, he will honestly try his best to give you what you ask for. Unfortunately, Herfemer is not too bright, and that can be compounded severely when he is impaired. 3. You settle down beside the fire after a long day of travel, peel off your boots and pull out your new pipe to relax. You load a few pinches of tobacco into the pipe and pull a piece of kindling from the fire to light it. Smoke begins pouring out of the pipe, filling the air. When the smoke clears, a tall, thin, slump-shouldered figure is looking around with a bewildered expression. You make the wish :"I wish that you (the genie) experience rapturous joy when doing good for mortals and treating them well, but indescribable despair and pain whenever you treat a mortal badly or willingly cause them suffering." Herfemer cocks his head with a hurt expression on his face. "Bro. Ow. That's, like, wicked mean, man. Like, what if I was treating mortals badly but doing good for them? Oh, oh, oh, or what if I'm, like, willingly causing them suffering, but it happens by treating them well? Like giving someone all the wine they want, knowing they will have a wicked hangover? Oh, what if I think I'm doing harm, but like, I'm really doing something that makes them happy? Never mind, man, I'm messing with you. I don't want to hurt anyone. One love, man. One love." I wish to be known for my great works forever.

1. The Container - A Stoppered Carafe with a slim Chromium-Glass (a dark green) Body and silver-plated copper filigree on the base, handle, neck and stopper to help contain the creature. upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/a3/Carafe_art_nouveau_de_wmf.jpg2. Taller and fairer than ordinary Djinn, the Noble Djinn Aminah-Karam-Atifa-Hayfa-Idris-Qamar (goes by Aminah or Idris when pressed to shorten it) exudes a feeling of safety when she appears (oddly enough this feeling comes over her master when in close proximity to the insubstantial haze that makes up the lower half of her form, almost as if the gas is the calming agent). Slender, she showers her master with shows of generosity and affection, her skin the color of a full moon. Everything about her suggests pleasantness, from her name to her soulful eyes. No-one has survived her wish-granting intact. 3. "I Wish to be known for my great works forever." Gholkan would spend the rest of his life wondering what went wrong. He had done it, hadn't he? He'd risked life and limb, caused the distraction, awoken the creature and made his request. From that day he expected greatness at every corner. And every day he found none. How was it that here he lay, at the end of his long life, penniless, childless & in such pain? He had wished to be known for his great works. The creature had known what he meant. The interpretation taken was... otherwise. Choosing the Biblical sense of the word Known, namely to have carnal relations (preferably with a spouse) allowed for a shift in meaning. I wish to be *Known* for my great works, forever. So being Known became reliant on having done great works, but there was no requirement for such works to be supplied, nor for the ability to create such things. So without the natural skills to create works considered great, there would be no Knowing. And if by some miracle this commoner *were* to create Great Works? Well, then he would indeed be Known, non-stop, by all who witnessed the works... until exhaustion killed him.

1. Describe the container that hikes the genie. You could also describe the location it is found if you wanted.
The container is an old caravan lamp, the sort found on ever travelling trading chains or those of nomadic people. A lamp of bronze with its coat of red and blue paint peeling away with age but the lamp itself seems untouched by the ravages of time -in fact any attempt to harm the lamp seems to backfire spectacularly. When lit the lamp glows with a magenta flame that illuminates the area but only for the one who holds in return for the light the wielder can only sense a strong smell of thick spices. To summon the Genie within you need to turn the bulb upon the lamps base. As befitting a caravan lamp it can be found with a trader or a nomad who is attempting to 'fix' the flame of the lamp, believing it cursed the owner has bandages over his/her hands from several attempts to break the lamp with a hammer. 2. Describe the genie that appears. Physical description, demeanor, name, etc.
A Small Ginger haired Halfling appears from a thick smoke that blasts from the lantern explosively, sitting upon a barrel that is smouldering beneath her posterior with a strong smell of spices from faraway places although you cannot place where from or how you know it's from far away. She is small for a Halfling and wears worn leather travelling boots, thick blue trousers and a matching penny coat and a clean white blouse, she wears her hair in a very messy bun, her fingers and on a necklace around her neck she wears many rings all of them magical, Finally she smokes an obscenely long pipe that wafts magenta smoke from its bowl. She will announce herself as both the Genie of the lamp of wanders and a trader, though she will not tell you her name as they hold sway over people and great beings alike. She is highly chatty and likes to especially annoy those who do not like Halflings or are racist/sexist/scared of magic in general she also enjoys making the individual who called her forget their wish with her endless small talk. When granting a wish she will hop off the barrel she sits upon and swing her pipe like a hammer, the barrels top with explode as hot spices fly everywhere. She enjoys little twists to her wish granting that force the individual to continue travelling. 3. Answer the wish made by the previous poster as if you were the genie you have just made. You can be as nice or twisted as you would like to be!
Hmm since dmdougspiracy didn't actually put a wish I'll also take gholkan "Known for my great works forever" The Halfling will grant the wish with an explosion of the spices, Wherever the individual travels they will be known for there great adventures (especially if its a secret mission), the there craft be it song, story or item. However within a week they will be 'old news' as everyone moves on to the next great thing and people will almost right up ignore the adventure from that point on in there creative endeavours (the remaining town functions are unaffected)and must move on to the next town for more fanfair, renown and worship just to have it happen all over again. Added effect: If the individual who made the wish is a bard then it takes 2 days rather than a full week. The Wish!I wish to be an immortal vampire without the weakness to the sun!

Hmm since dmdougspiracy didn't actually put a wish I'll also take gholkan "Known for my great works forever" yes. Sorry about that. I realised the other day that I forgot to wish. Had I wished, it would have been "I wish to be a cat!". Ah well.

1. Describe the container that hikes the genie. You could also describe the location it is found if you wanted.
This curious object is a small silver bowl, tarnished by age. It is forever filled with sand, and attempting to pour out the sand is what summons the genie m.
2. Describe the genie that appears. Physical description, demeanor, name, etc.
From the sand forms a large being, with the body of a lion but the face of a man, a great mantle resting on his head. Before he grants his wish he demands a riddle, and if your riddle is novel he will introduce himself to you and be lenient with his wish granting, otherwise he will twist your words.
3. The sands of times are convoluted, and the genie is summoned in to different places but at the same time. This confuses the genie. Further one provided a grand riddle the other a poor one, so the genie improvised.
"I am Amkoherm'ptoth, and your reward is convoluted."
You are both turned into vampires, but during the day, you transform into a common house cat.
