Do you mean, six different clans under the Order of the White Tiger, and each clan has their champion who has a tiger that can be ridden, and the other members have tigers with them, and if riding needs to happen they use horses. I think that is a really cool idea, and viewing those six as clan leaders is very very interesting. I would say the guy on top is the leader of the top clan that the rest are technically under. If you look at each leader as a different interpretation of how the bond and approach is for their samurai it gets really really interesting. The first picture clearly represents a clan that approach a fusion of the tiger and samurai in a very literal way, and when a samurai of that order is deemed fit they are bitten by the clan leader and contract lycanthropy: white weretiger. The final picture makes me think of a clan that is more focused on the mystical arts than steel on steel, and it is their bond with the tiger that they find strength and protection while casting rituals and spells. So yes, I love your idea, or I totally ran away with what I thought your idea was, haha.

I think they meant only six members of the order at a time, period. One for each clan and they're an exclusive and elite team. but that's just what i understood
maybe there's an elite group of six members who are the best of the best and everyone in the order wants to be them?

You are right, but I think this would work better. Like they are the leaders of individual squads or something like that.

Okay, this may be taking way too much liberty, but I have an idea for notable acomplishments: Namely, they (nearly) wiped out the entire race of Gorgons (or Medusas, if you prefer), specifically because, in Dayeimbe, White Tigers are immune to petrification and similar conditions, and the bonding process extends this power to their bonded warrior?
