It’s been far too long since the last exercise. Let’s dust off the weights, and as they always say you can’t out exercise a bad diet! With that we will tie back to DMB 215: Food with Benefits for our inspiration in making today’s exercise. The other piece of info that helps make our exercise work is here Heroes' Feast a spell we have likely all used. To round out the inspirational hat trick, here is an image that seems very much the antithesis of Heroes’ Feast. With all of that out of the way, let’s get to the exercise! 1. What is the spell/meal you are making? 2. What effect does it have on those who are eating it? 3. What does it take to make it? 4. You do you! Let’s lift those mental weights!

1. What is the spell/meal you are making? The Quisquos Feast: The Quisquos are a chaotic tribe of wingless pixies standing an average of 6 inches tall, reveling in combat and competition. Their feasts are a riotous mix of roasted meats (forest tribes love roast squirrel or rabbit, city tribes might lean towards roast pigeon), rough breads, fruit preserves, and always honey...and lots to drink...
2. What effect does it have on those who are eating it? The Quisquos are exceptionally fast and strong, and they recover from wounds or damage at startling rates, often quickly enough to return to battle before it's done. -Consuming the feast with the Quisquos (including lots of quaffing) restores maximum HP and provides 10 temporary hit points. -Consuming the feast without the Quisquos results in immense fatigue requiring a CON saving throw of 15 or fall under the Sleep spell. -A spoonful of the Quisquos honey (which has a slight hint of licorice) will provide the effects of the Haste Spell with no lethargy or loss of turn at the end of 1 minute. -A draught of the Quisquos Honey Mead provides a +1 to CHA checks for 1 hour after consuming.
3. What does it take to make it? The Quisquos tribe is lead by a matriarch (generally wiser and smarter than the men of the tribe). The matriarch's husband is the primary cook, in charge of marshalling the chaos of the tribe into the preparation of the feasts. For the Quisquos, a meal is not a feast and a feast is more than a meal. The magic of a feast only results from cheerful cooperation in preparation, otherwise, no magical effect is realized.
4. You do you! Unfortunately for most adventurers, the only way to enjoy the full effect of a Quisquos feast is to ALSO be 6 inches tall. Otherwise, it just isn't filling. And to get invited to a proper feast, you'll probably need to compete in a few games of skill, speed, and strength.

1. What is the spell/meal you are making? Winter’s respite, ritual, 5th level (cumulative), 30 ft. radius the group must have- a cumulative spell casting level of 5+
- succeed on a cumulative charisma roll DC 20
- everyone is within 30 ft. of one of the casters and the casters are within 30 ft. of each other
- does it together and has their own skull, blood, etc.
2. What effect does it have on those who are eating it? Immunity to cold until the next sunset 3. What does it take to make it? Snow, scooped into the skull of a kobold, add 2 holly berries and 3 seeds from an evergreen tree, and then mixed with a drop of “draconic blood” (traditionally a dragonborn bites their own tongue and spits in the snow in the skull); held up to the setting sun (whether visible or not) and chanted in draconic by all : End of light, cold of night, Cold of blood, boiling blood, Ancient blood, give us might. Against winter let us fight.
Then drink the liquid, chew the seeds. 4. You do you! tastes like wasabi and burns like wasabi. While traditionally for the cold blooded dragonborn of the frozen regions in service to dragons, this ritual was passed to sorcerers of draconic origin, and later found to be effective for all regardless of race or religious affiliation.

1. An Airy Delight. A dessert similar in texture and taste to pudding. If made incorrectly, it tastes like flan. DC 14 Cooking Skill Check (whatever skill you want).
2. An expensive, and very rare delicacy. For every 1 cup consumed it's consumer gains the ability of telepathy for 10 minutes and for 1 minute the ability to float 1 foot off the ground. While floating he/she can still move in whatever direction he/she wishes. After the granted benefits, the consumer is then racked with a guilty conscious for the next hour if it succeeds a DC 8 Charisma check. If made incorrectly, the effects are telepathy for 1 minute and floating for 10 minutes, without the ability to move as desired, and tossed about by any shift of the wind. The check this time is a DC 10 (cause the taste already takes some of the sting of the guilt away).
3. This takes the soul and body of a phlumph, one of the most pure-hearted psychic creatures in existence, hence the after-effects of the food. whipped up and mixed with several spices and some milk.

Goodberry pie
People who eat a portion of this pie do not need to eat or drink for the next 5 days. During these 5 days the people who ate this pie get 10 temporary hitpoints after taking a long rest. Eating any food ends the above effects early
10 unspoiled goodberries are baked into a pie with a lot of love
