I started working on it last night and some this morning then i thought "hey it might be fun to build on the forum ".
So to all the wrestling fans in this forum let us do this! Oooooh Yeah!
Warn ya before this is 4e
Here is what I got so far :
Wrestler CLASS TRAITS
Role: Defender. You are very tough and have the exceptional ability to contain enemies in melee.
Power Source: Martial. You have become an expert grapple and unarmed attacks.
Key Abilities: Strength, Dexterity, Charisma,
Constitution
Armor Proficiencies: Cloth, leather, hide, light shield
Weapon Proficiencies: Simple melee, IMPROVISED MELEE WEAPON
Bonus to Defense: +2 Fortitude + 2 Reflex
Hit Points at 1st Level: 15 + Constitution score
Hit Points per Level Gained: 6
Healing Surges per Day: 9 + Constitution modifier
Trained Skills: From the class skills list below, choose 4 trained skills at 1st level.
Class Skills: Athletics (Str), Endurance (Con), Intimidate (Cha), Streetwise (Cha), Acrobatics (Dex)
Build Options: heavyweight, cruiserweight
Class Features: heavyweight unarmed , cruiserweight unarmed, brass knuckles, hardcore

You are small and fast.
Choose powers that reflect dexterity
Suggested Feat: unarmed Cruiserweight , Brass Knuckles.
Suggested Skills: Acrobatics to (dex), Endurance (Con), Streetwise (Cha)
Suggested At-Will Powers: Drop kick,

Increase damage to 2d8 + Strength modifier at 11th level & 3d8 + Strength modifier at 21st
Effect: target is dazed until end next turn.
Drop kick Wrestler Attack 1
Catch your enemy off guard by Leaving your feet to kick your opponent in the face.
At-Will ✦ Martial
Standard Action Melee
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity + 2 vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d6 + dexterity modifier damage
Increase damage to 2d6 + Strength modifier at 11th level & 3d6 + Strength modifier at 21st
Effect: target is pushed back one square
Knife edge chops Wrestler Attack 1

Use your speed to catch you attack off balance sending them to the ground

Standard Action Melee
Target: One creature
Attack: dexterity + 2 vs. Reflex
Hit: 1/6 + dexterity modifier damage
Effect: target is knocked prone and character can shift one square.

Hardcore
Prerequisite: wrestler class, IMPROVISED MELEE WEAPON
Benefit: IMPROVISED MELEE WEAPON basic melee attack change from 1d8 to 1d10
