Hello, everyone! I'm new here and a new DM (I recently was inspired to start by Critical Role), and I was wondering if you would mind giving me some feedback on these Warcraft races I adapted to 5th edition. I have very little experience playing D&D, so I'm not sure if these races are balanced. I'm hoping you can all help me with your experience. I'm wanting to start a Warcraft campaign with my group soon, so I adapted the races from the Warcraft Roleplaying Game (3.5 edition). I also added in a couple of my own twists to make the races unique. Specifically, I'm looking for whether the races look too strong or too weak compared to the regular 5e races. I want the game to run fairly normally, since I should be able to keep the classes the same in order to make the game fit into the Warcraft universe. In other words, you don't need any experience knowing Warcraft lore, only the rules of 5e. Thanks in advance! Click here to access the PDF

I also have a lore question about the blood elf severed from the divine? Half of the point of them is being able to play Paladins horde side and depending on where you are starting your time line there are light wielding blood elves in the lore...

Well, due to the way they approach the Light, I was thinking they could only be Oathbreaker or Oath of Vengeance paladins. You could also just play as a high elf paladin. This entire approach is taking more of a post-Warcraft 3 / pre-WoW look at the game, just like the RPG. So that might change things a bit. I'm surprised that all the elves need work, since they're mostly based on the elves in the vanilla PHB. I've changed very little about them.
Note: I updated it with a few things that needed fixed. e.g., Half-elves and half-orcs were extremely underpowered, and I completely forgot the Night Elves' Shadowmeld skill.
Thanks for your feedback!

I've added a bunch of new content, so let me know what you think of the document as a whole!

Love it! Simple as that for me, haha. I haven't really crunched any of the numbers personally, but overall that is a really solid document to get the feel of Azeroth in a D&D 5E game.
