Wow. I gotta say that was a lot of fun. We were laughing and serious. For a first adventure with my friends we all had a good time.
Of course i have to bone up on some rules but otherwise we had a blast. Everyone was using lion den apps which made it easy to do.
I was a bit disappointed that my boss didnt hit until he was almost dead but knock my friend down 25 hp with one hit.
They want to play again so i did a goo job i guess. I do like playing in person because i do facial expressions allot.
One question. Is there a rule that say in a suprise round an archer can make a called shot? Like a head which would kill an enemy alright? I told him i had to say no for now for the sake not to spend longer then i already to find an answer.

I don't believe that there any restrictions on a surprise round. Essentially, whoever is surprised does not get to take any actions on the first round of combat and those who are not get to act normally. Your first few sentences prove without a doubt that you did a good job, and if they are asking for more you can't deny it. Glad you had a great time!

But also I run games where HP doesn't always mean physical wounds. A PC can make a called-shot to the head, but if they hit, it doesn't mean the arrow goes through their head. However I might say "Ok if you hit his AC by 5 or more, he'll be (fill in your condition here), for a round, or the duration of the fight.", etc....but again, it goes back to how much thought the PC/Player has put in to describing his actions.

I was talking about this on a different forumn and I think will work on something like if you call a shot it will be say -4 or -5 to hit and then depending on where the shot is an effect with a save.
So eye will be Blind... Back of head will dazed, armed hand monster drops weapon has to use action to pick up, leg make them slowed, etc.
