Alakaslam - An enchanted orange sphere created by the powerful djinn sultan Kazaam as a gift for his human champion, the man history remembers as "Shaq," an epic monk and master of shaq-fu, his own form of martial arts.
The alakaslam is heavy, being made of solid bronze, but when wielded, weighs almost nothing at all to its weilder, and is even able to bounce. Master Shaq was said to have bounced the ball repeatedly against the ground to terrify his opponents.
Eventually the alakaslam passed to another monk, Michael Jordan, but when he was pulled into an alternate realm to participate in a great tournament the sphere was left behind, locked away in a vault to protect its power from those who would abuse it and awaiting someone who wishes to be like Mike.
Alakaslam Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement) While wielding the alakaslam, you are able to jump up to 60 feet in the air and land unharmed. The alakaslam grants +2 to attack and damage rolls. Attacks with the alakaslam deal 3d10 bludgeoning damage normally, and 5d12 if thrown at opponents from the peak of a leap in a "slam dunk." If you use the alakaslam for a ranged weapon attack, you may make a DC 13 Acrobatics (Dexterity) or Athletics (Strength) check to catch the ball on a rebound.

4. Alakaslam - currently locked away in a vault
Alakaslam is a goblin hammer (one handed) that was wielded by a Goblin 'wizard'. The goblin was kicked out of his tribe for wanting to help people and after days on the road he came across a party of adventures who took pity on the goblin and game him a hammer and he followed them for a while. He became close with the parties wizard and asked every day for the wizard to teach him magic, but the wizard knew the goblin was never going to be smart enough to cast spells. The wizard took pity on the Goblin and enchanted it to hold a few spells. The goblin screams "Alakaslam" when ever casting spells, which is where the name of the weapon comes from. The reason why it was found in a vault is because the Goblin used it's magic to brake into the vault but couldn't figure out 'the most awesome way to break out of the vault' before getting distracted with the treasures and dreaming of what he would do with it all, and eventually died in the vault.
Alakaslam is a light hammer that holds 6 cantrips of the DM's choosing. To cast one of these spells you must expend one of 10 spell slots. You regain 4 spell slots on a short rest and all 10 spell slots on a long rest.*
* I don't know is that is balanced or not, I thought it sounded Okay, but if a more experienced DM than I wishes to balance it better, feel free.

The discussion in the episode revolving around the Ogrus falling "into the wrong hands" of an Anti-Paladin gave me some thoughts for a more fleshed out backstory along those same lines.
Twin brothers were in constant competition growing up, and far more than typical twin competition. The (very slightly) elder brother - Dario Ogrus - was a strong champion of his City, well regarded by the powers that be and inducted into an honorable knightly order, sworn to protect life and defeat those who would bring suffering into the world. The (very sligtly) younger brother - named Aelex* Ogrus at birth, but now only known as Spiritrend - was forever in his brother's successful shadow and in the ultimate act of spite, joined a cult who worship a god of torture and suffering.
Dario advanced quickly in his order with a pure heart and unequaled swordsmanship. As a gift for his humble and devoted service, the leaders of the order bestowed upon him a great honor - his great-great-grandfathers sword, Ogrus, which had absorbed the ancient warriors soul. His great-great-grandfather was legendary in his order and commanded the sword be protected until he, still "alive" in the sword, would find a descendant worthy of carrying him into battle once more against all that is evil in the world... Dario was such a champion.
Dario was later dispatched to eliminate this cult, now lead by the evil Spiritrend - unaware that this was the fate of his brother Aelex. When the two met and the secret identity of his brother was revealed, Dario was stunned and heartbroken, pleading with his brother to forsake his evil ways. Aelex merely used Dario's devotion as a distraction and slew him. Ogrus, bound to his great-great-grandfather and now to Dario as well, captured his soul at death. Having heard tales of the power of Ogrus, Spiritrend took the sword for his own...
Spiritrend is not only wholly evil, but clever and vengeful as well. He now uses the sword to slay innocents and torture victims with delight, the wails of Dario and his ancestor empowering his every strike as their souls are now integral to the evil they devoted their lives to prevent. The alignment of the sword hurts Spiritrend with every use, but the pain invigorates him knowing the pain is a result of his betrayal a degradation of his "superior" brother.
* - Aelex, not Alex... How do you make that little AE combo letter/symbol!?
