Okay, so, I was actually thinking this could be a Feat, but since there's no area for that I'll put it under Spells.
Basic idea, use the slang term 'Jiggery Pokery' to come up with something neat. According to "a" dictionary it means 'deceitful and dishonest behavior.' Heard tell that this was also used by a Galifreian(sp?) lady in Classic Who as a way of describing her jerry-rigging and hotwiring abilities.
Feat: Increases deceitful manual abilities in some way or gives a boost to a single stat or skill.
Spell: Similar put directed at self or someone else.
Also, please note that it's 2am and my imagination is runniung low so this may not be the inspiring post I had seem to think it was...

I dont know what edition your talking about (if its dnd) but heres an idea
Have it a feat that gives +2 to dishonest skills like bluff and theivery (or any skill or check that the DM deems dishonest

Have it a feat that gives +2 to dishonest skills like bluff and theivery (or any skill or check that the DM deems dishonest I like this a lot because it promotes player engagement where they will need to have some sort of dishonest motive behind their actions.
