I could not find, in my opinion suitable information for the Lythari subrace online or in the books, not in the way that met the needs of my player so I created one.
The reason for alot of these choices is the character in question is a ranger and I wanted his wolf shape to be a usefull integral part of him and not just borrow from the wildshape druid spell. I want his wolf form to grow as his player does but contain different abilities than his elf form to keep the want to transform there. Im just posting the stats per level that I have made for the transformation.
1st use wildshape as an action to turn into wolf form and an action to revert. if knocked to 0 hp any residual damage will carry to your elf form and will not be able to transform until a short or long rest. HP 15, speed 40ft, Bite 2d4+2
3rd Target must make DC 10 (strength) saveing throw or be knocked prone. HP 20, speed 50ft, Bite 2d4+4
5th gain advantage on attacks if target is engaged with someone else, gain extra claw attack HP 25, speed 55ft, Bite 2d4+4, Claw 2d4
7th while in wolf form gain blind fighting and dc save for prone increases to 15, HP30, speed 60ft, Bite 2d6, Claw 2d4+4
9th gain ability to speak while in wolf form, gain extra claw attack, gain cold resistance HP 40, speed 65, bite 2d6+2, Claw 2d6
11th due to instincts you may use deflect missles while in wolf form once per day, size increases from medium to large HP 40, speed 70ft, bite 2d6+4, claw 2d6+2
13th in the wild can summon 1d4 wolves to assist you HP 45, speed 75ft, bite 2d6+4, Claw 2d6+2
15th gain immunity to cold, gain action surge HP 45, speed 80, Bite 3d6, Claw 2d6+4
17th your bark can cast shatter once per day, summon winter wolf to assist you Hp 50, speed 85, Bite 3d6+4, Claw 3d6
19th you gain resistance to non-magic and non silver weapons, can summon 1d4 winter wolves HP 50, speed 90ft, bite 3d6+4, Claw 3d6+2
20th can choose to transform into medium large or huge your shape change gives allies inspiration and keen senses give you advantage on saves against illusion HP 60, speed 100ft, Bite 4d6+4, Claw 3d6+4
