So little backstory we are using a world I made up and in it many generations ago the dragons of the world were banished both good and evil(think dragonlance in a way). The group started by being on a boat that was captured and imprisioned in a wizards that was using people they captured to return the dragons through transmutation. When the group broke out they found and killed a Baaz(dragonlance campaign. When dies turns to stone) before escaping into the wild. This was the first step in many different ways the evil group has been trying to get dragons back in the world.
There are a few Disney esque characters that are apart of the organization that is trying to bring back the dragons in the world for villainous reasons. They are known as the Sisters of Silence. Few of the princesses used are:
Beauty and the Beast - archmage NPC and a werebear.
Snow White - vampire
Sleeping Beauty - mummy
Moana - sea hag
Elsa - Medusa
Going to start by using the monster stats of the ones I listed and customize them each to be close to how they are in the Grimm fairy tales.
What are people’s thoughts and any criticism that is helpful is always welcome!

the archmage, vampire and sea hag have the option of disguise thus they can befriend/setup/betray the heroes
are the sisters united or for a curve ball could one fall in love with a pc and try to help secretly?
maybe the dragons want freedom from the interference of mortals and undead, and keep trying to get away?
perhaps the draconians keep evolving if exposed to magic or blood etc, so they turn into something else?

Mulan as a military general. Fighter, maybe some levels of Marshal.
Merida as a scout or ranger
Tiana as a witch with a propensity for polymorphing her enemies into frogs
I'm curious why you set Elsa as a medusa. Are you going to reflavor the petrification as freezing, or are you taking a more abstract interpretation of her powers?
