Urdvaergs Extremely rare to be seen, an Urdvaerg is almost regarded as a half-god by other dwarves. It is said they live for thousands of years and that they master every fighting technique possible, as well as the powers of the runes and smithy. They are even told to be able to see the near future. Those few that are allowed to become an Urdvaerg's disciple are destined for great deeds that will change the course of the world. An Urdvaerg prefers to live alone and is seldom seen in any of the dwarf keeps. The three greatest lords of all dwarves, Dvalinn, Durinn and Motsognir are Urdvaergs.
CAN ANYBODY PLEASE PROVIDE ME INFORMATION ON THIS EXTREMLY RARE RACE URDVAERG REGARDED AS HALF GODS
DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY INFO ON THERE RACIAL STATS PLUS A FULL LIST OF THERE ABILITIES AND BACKGROUND
IF NOBODY CAN PROVIDE ANY INFO
COULD SOMEBODY PLEASE PUT TOGETHER A HALF GOD URDVAERG DISCIPLE FOR ME WITH LIST OF RACIAL STATS FULL LIST OF ABILITIES AND BACKGROUND THANKS

Unless I got some google search terms wrong these do t seem to be a thing...
I could brew up some kind of stat block for a dwarf-asimaar type thing (I've been considering doing some more varied half-races) but you'll need the boy fluff as I can't seem to find anything on these guys.
Actually all that depends on what edition you want, I'm only brewing in 5e at the moment.

I don't have my MMV on me so the only semi divine template I have on hand is lolth-touched though that's a good place to start.
Abilities: Increase from the base creature as follows: Str +6, Con +6. Skills: A Lolth-touched creature gains a +4 racial bonus on Hide and Move Silently checks. Special Qualities: A Lolth-touched creature has all the special qualities of the base creature, plus the following spe- cial quality. Fearless (Ex): Lolth-touched creatures have immunity to all fear effects. Level Adjustment: Same as the base creature +1.
This seems like a decent starting point only the skills irk me, so I would adjust them to be
Skills: A Udvaerge gains a +4 racial bonus on all Crafting and Proffesion checks related to stone working, mining, smithing and brewing.
Now just slap this template onto your favourite brand of dwarf and we're halfway there.
The master of all weapons and rune magics clearly need to come from class levels; I would go with... 4 levels of fighter 1 level dip into wizard 5 levels of Runesmith (out of races of stone) 10 levels of Runecaster (out of Faerun campaign setting) (For an epic desciple Id fill out the remaining levels with fighter)
That said at this stage in building a caster character with no idea what level your aiming at, and no real desire to jump back into the cheese ridden mess that is 3.5 character creation.
Hope the tips help, good luck!

The Kobold Press one? Haven't got it so I can't really help you... It looks like there's a Bestiary from that setting for Pathfinder so that might have what your looking for...
