With the new patronus quiz out of Pottermore today I have spent far too much time trying to justify my Dolphin patronus, so I thought I would bring the nerdiness of Harry Potter over to these forums whilst I am at it! Anyone else use pottermore? Whats your house and as of today, patronus?! I'm a Hufflepuff (and proud!) and my patronus was a dolphin despite being very introverted and afraid of the sea.  |

there's a test for wand type too. Yeh I have a Beech wood Phoenix feather core 12 1/2 and quite bendy flexibility. There's also a quiz for the house you'd be in in the American wizarding school Ilvermorny. I'd be in Thunderbird * insert thunderbirds are go joke here* |

The first time I took the Pottermore sorting hat test I got Hufflepuff, now they made me retake it (apperenly an issue with my account) and I am now Gyrffindor. My patronus is a fox terrier, which I will be honest has me a bit baffled since I am not a lively or energetic person. My wand is an Alder wood with a Unicorn hair core 14 ½" and Hard flexibility. I also took the Ilvermorny test and got Thunderbird.

Yes my patronus confused me too as a Dolphin is a very social and intelligent creature but if I think about how it is meant to be based on my happiest memory I've figured perhaps even though I am not naturally that way my happiest is when I feel smart and part of a group (I mean I'm not dumb or anything but I definitely feel like I am at times and I'm undoubtedly an introvert). Also I'm afraid of sharks so Dolphins would kick arse at covering that base! |

According to Pottermore, I'm a Hufflepuff. I wouldn't have it any other way!
My patronus is a cat, but I can't quite recall what kind.

I just had my brother and boyfriend both take the quiz and they are both Griffindor's and Pukwudgie (they are the only two players in my campaign) and my boyfriend's patronus is a Wild Boar. I feel like I'm dating a bull in a china shop. This explains why he keeps rushing in and getting killed in our D&D games!! The only thing we had the same was our wand core's - Phoenix feather. Well I guess they do say opposites attract  Oh dear. . . I am a Slytherin with an adder for a patronus. OH WELL! D: why the Oh Well? do you not think it fits?? |

I thought I was more a Ravenclaw, but. . .with a hint of dark? Just retook out of interest (I took mine originally a longggg time ago) and got Ravenclaw but shhh don't tell anyone! I still consider myself a proud Hufflepuff and will stick with my originals in all my tests till the end. |
